Hey Y’all! I can’t make up my mind what look better the food or the scenery! Better luck next time on the fishing Capt Dee. Catch y’all on the next one. Thanks for sharing!⭐️⭐️⭐️✨
@GJCAMPING it really was a challenge to get there. The skink that was on board, probably came out of a tree that we rubbed against pretty hard. Was definitely fun 😆 🤣
Ya just gotta have a dog on the boat cuz! Nice trip it ain't easy gettin way way up in there especially when the canals are chock full of stuff all in your way but you done good thanks for bringing us along
@robbubba8020 it was a challenge in a few places. Capt Dee would tell me that I better come up and look at what we were about to go through. When I'm driving the push boat, I can not see anything ahead of me. All I have to go off of is how close I'm getting to the banks.
That hoghead cheese is good first had it camping on toast, with home fries and eggs way back. I really like your H-boat steer position great view that way. Do you sometimes wish you had a 25hp mounted backward up there with short throttle/start controls ? You could design and fab it I know ! I bet you use to watch Justin Wilson, I did.
@Timewalkerv I did consider putting a 40hp outboard on the front. I think it would have worked really well. The only thing that had me concerned was the smoke and exhaust fumes coming from the engine. If I could afford it, I would set up some quick disconnects with separate control lines coming up front with me from the push boat. As it is now it works, just when we are in tight areas, falling trees, stomps, bridges and parking I need to be on the push boat where I have full control. Just can't see anything. I've was looking at a surveillance system from HF that would have worked, but they don't seem to be selling it anymore. I did watch a few of Justin's shows, he wasn't cajun but he did cajun well. I got a kick out of how he measured and proved it was correct. Thank you.
Thanks for sharing you and Captain Dee's houseboat adventure. That sausage ,rice and White bean dinner looked fantastic. Sure going to have to give that a try . Looked like a lot of great spots to catch a mess of fish , the scenery was beautiful . Stay safe and have a great upcoming week . 😊👍✌
@alantillman588 yes you definitely need to try fresh sausage with rice and gravy, I think you would enjoy it. This was the first time that we ran a hard to navigate canal. Well it wasn't all hard just a couple of places. Thanks for watching and commenting

@davidhellyer7480 it is very hard to find anything. The only things that I have found are, you can't block navigation, something about scenic rivers, don't remember exactly what. They must be registered in Louisiana. Approved septic system, coast guard states that it must have the same working components as a certified system. Some places require that it be a certified system (which to me some of the certified don't work that well) Law enforcement love to have you find out the hard way with some type of BS fine. Because no matter how hard you work to find out, there will be something that is impossible to find.
