For me, give him game time. Better him playing week in, week out at a decent club. He might start this evening. A good performance might keep him here though lol. We will see. I would like one for one comung in. I do not like the squad being weakened without a replacement. The number 10 concept. Wasn't he seen as an out and out scorer in his Man Utd days? He might play as a ten for someone or just get quite a few goals playing as an out and out striker.
How can you give him game time when the player he is meant to be replacing is windass... He was an out an out scorer in a very good man u youth team but when he plays he plays more as ten in a lot his roles at man u he was a bit shadow striker at times. As I say in the video they see him more of a in house develoment at the moment can all change
@Punkchef41 game time on loan I meant. Cos no game time here. We might keep him. It's if any fit elsewhere fits with our development plans, or not. Yes he is quite a flexible type. I think his physicality might have to be worked on. But there seems a decent player there.
I'd really like to see him get some game time here but if Danny doesn't currently fancy him I suppose it makes sense. I still think there is a bit of pressure from DC to get some players off the wage bill before he brings in any new transfers.
I don’t think there nothing to get off the wage bill McNeill is not on a lot either is Sean fusire as well it more they need game time and he playing as a 10 our 10 at moment it windass
@Punkchef41 don't really mean McNiel, I was thinking about fringe players, Ihiekwe Pato (though I'd like him to get a new contract, ultimately utility player and Mr 100%). I take your point that we can't let player go without already having their replacements in, I'm not sure that's how DC sees it.
I suppose a recall in these loans would work. Is this possible with loans out in January? Or do the loans have to run their course? As with Sean. What if a Challoba got injured? Would we then be short in defensive midfield?
@@Punkchef41 I was referring to Fushire and the defensive midfield department. I thought that recalls aren't really doable. You have confirmed that. We have to be sure we have the cover should any go out.
Article did not say he was leaving and I did not say he was going I said there clubs looking at him and I also said that they look like he could be staying to do more of him development in house. I still think if people come in we could let some go but only ones we wont to develop
I'd love Mcneill to get some game time. Look dangerous when played
A loan would make sense, send him to lincoln to link up with Cadz.

It sounds like he's a ready made replacement for Windass so we should keep him for when Josh gets injured or suspended.

You cant recall most loans from january normaly it till end of the season and Mcneill is not defenisve mid

Good lad mate let him go on loan and play football
Hi Jake I think he would have gone out on loan earlier but he picked up a knock
I think he would done I think the injuriy knocked what we were going to do
Must be incoming if we are letting players leave Jake
