I actually believe it had some influence, maybe it wasn't the first reason but you cannot deny AKS is using Produce48 as a way to promote the 48brand on Korea(Korean Songs, TV shows and IZ4846) and I don't really believe that PD48 would have happened if SDN48 have had the success they were hoped to have on korea. Maybe I'm wrong, but I lowkey believe Aki-p plans on SK were originally to have SDN48 as the sister group in SK. PD: I loved Sayanee last releases

Just remember CGM48 song - Chiang Mai 106, which was originally Maxとき315号 by NGT48, and Melon Juice, which was originally by HKT48. And also remember the JKT48 song - Pareo adalah Emerald, the original of which is Pareo wa Emerald by SKE48. P.S: If anything, I know that SOL48 is an unofficial sister group, I wrote about the official ones.

The news of the scheduled redebut in Korea is that has not been heard in Korea. It is also doubtful whether if they will succeed.
