Holy crap girl. This is the first video I have ever seen from you and you definitely have a new subscriber. Even though I'm a fan of Nikkie, I still love this because I cannot believe how thorough you are in your reviews. I have never seen another TH-camr go into this much depth! I love it 😍
Stephanie is the best my number 1 youtuber who pays for everything in life to give an honest review of a said brand. She deserves more followers brands don't like honest reviews!,urban decay all nighter foundation is awful but so many "fake" youtubers rave about it.Why because it's free and they get paid also for filling us all with lies sad but true 😊
tati kinda gives in to hype and money. her review of this product is full of praise, when it obviously needs a serious amount of patting in to get any color. she calls the product "workable" which is a word for not very pigmented.
+Natalia Espinoza because people prefer sugar coated "yaaaas queen this highlight is popping " yaaaas this sooo good . People can't stand realneslike Stephanie .
People don't like "HONEST" reviews the amount of subscribers Stephanie has proves just that.I think she is one of the best you tubers around along with 4 others I watch. So many fake you tubers around willing to give bullshit biased reviews in favour of getting free makeup makes me sick and so mad.Stephanie pays for 99% of her makeup and beauty and that's why I trust her 110%.Take for example Urban decays all nighter foundation it's awful Cakey, and never before have I used a foundation that oxidised so much but yet 100"s if so called beauty gurus including the famous but so up her Arse Tati aka glam life guru raves about it.Keeping it real keeps me subscribed 👍🏼😊
yep...her honesty and her knowledge...she has mote knowledge than the you tubers who sell products/collabs and most of them never studied in an esthetician or cosmetology school either
I've never been heavily involved in the TH-cam makeup scene because, for the most part, the reviews suck. Too many questionable(sponsored) opinions, disorganized presentations, and shallow perspectives on the products. But Stephanie's videos are always ultra detailed, highly informative, and sincere.
OMG! I'm so relieved to hear someone else say they don't like the Better Than Sex mascara. Everyone went nuts over it and I finally tried it. Returned it immediately. So dry. So flaky. Just did not work for me.
Me too!! Dear god, that mascara is probably in my bottom 3 worst mascaras of all time!!! It's thick and clumpy like tar (with just ONE light application) but also dry and flaky at the same time. Like how tf do you even mess up something that bad? Every one of my friends love it & im like but HOW?! Lol. Ugh. No. Just no.
I know you are a very busy woman Stephanie and you dont dish out videos every day but i look forward to watching every one that you upload! Thanks for another review.
This is the only channel with 20min+ reviews that I'm able to watch in one sitting. And I have the attention span of a toddler, so that's saying a lot.
+Tropicana Peaches could you (or anyone)tell me what ELF pallets you have, out any other drug store eye shadow that is GOOD quality! I'm getting better @ eye shadow, so need a good pallet, before I purchase an expensive one! I am a lil older, so I have eye kids that really only like matte lol 😔
i started with makeup revolution palettes from ulta.com, they have several dupes for urban decay and other palettes for $7-$15. they also have stores in a lot of cities.
I recommend you watch Cassie (thrift thick ) she's also really down to earth and she really does give you her honest review her and Stephanie are my fave s.
I think Shaaanxo does some really great first impressions and reviews as well. She mainly does it with foundations and I think she's doing a great job, they're detailed and honest and also fun to watch.
FINALLY SOME GOD DAMN HONESTY! I searched and tried to use this palette and it is honestly garbage. The liquid liner bleeds/feathers, the Better than Sex mascara flake and the payoff is a joke. Not to sound so negative, but this is just a blatant cash grab.
How can anyone dislike such an in depth review? Not to mention disliking a video that is just someone's opinion...there's nothing to dislike. You either agree or disagree....people drive me nuts lol. Thank you for being so thorough and honest, it's always appreciated
"Overall, I find these shadows very terrible." GIRL, ME TOO. Not gonna lie, I sort of feel like this palette is a mediocre version of Beauty Killer. lol
I watched your review on Beauty Killer and couldn't agree more about it being chunky and patchy.. but I would honestly use it over the Power of makeup. Probably gonna return it tomorrow at Ulta.
I have a couple of the Too Faced Holiday palettes and I've noticed the same colours but, with different names! I feel it is a complete con. The ones in the Nikkie Tutorials palette look very much like the Vegas Ney palette (apart from 2 or 3 of the shadows). The sparkly black eyeshadow has had many names over the years but, to me it is the exact same shadow ! It's been called 'pure glam', 'wanted', 'sin city', 'cool' and 'miss sparkles' (nikkie tutorials palette, Vegas ney, pretty rebel, favourite things palette and joy to the girls palette). The teal blue and purple are always making comebacks with different names too !x
Update: Returned the palette at Ulta today... and I saw a stack of returned Power of Makeup palettes in the back.. LOL! Guess everyone is realizing it ain't worth crap
I love that people are hating on how you never say you like anything. But when I watch this, you literally swatch them all and I can SEE it's not that good. You are right, they speak for themselves!! Thank you for sharing.
+Miranda Voth cry babies are always around 😂 I gain nothing by "being negative" a 1/10 of a cent for a view, or 5% commission on a sale. The sale is always better. People fail to think
Dead God I am at collab overload as well. It needs to stop. I don't buy them anymore, not that I ever really did. They're trash and I want my spending (or lack of) to deliver a message. I'm almost to the point where I don't want to support brands that are collab heavy (Tarte went from one of my fave brands to one I walk past in Sephora now. It's cheapened them tremendously).
I feel the EXACT way about Tarte! They were my go-to brand for nearly anything! Now they do these collabs and trips with influencers to pimp out their products and I can't stand how artificial it all comes off now. I used to deem them as a reputable company but I almost hate them now.
I had just watched Tati's video on this palette and as much as I love Tati, as she was swatching live on her video, you could see the eyeshadows don't measure up at all, but the most upsetting part was that she was still justifying that the shadows were beautiful and gorgeous even with the brush swatching. I watch her because she's painfully honest, what she was saying and what she was actually doing were completely different. I still love Tati because she's funny to watch but it's made me rethink about some of her reviews on some items that may be collaborations with youtubers. Thank you for the review Stephanie. Your video editing is amazing and the quality is of course is amazing. I appreciate the work you put into these as a consumer and youtuber. ❤️❤️
I like Tati to but I think she's afraid to be honest for fear of backlash. She even said that she didn't want to say anything bad about the Kylie Jenner stuff because she didn't want the Kardashians to dislike her. So I take her opinions on collars with a big pinch of salt
I am also a bit pissed with too faced cosmetics since the fiasco/overhype of the release of their peach palette. Never was able to get it, since so few were produced. Seems the majority went to you tubers for free. Very disappointed in them, as I love many of their products.
Sorry for blabbering, but I bought the volume de Chanel, and it smudges terribly under my eyes. It is usually an issue for me though, maybe because I have long lashes? I don't know. Everything seems to smudge on me, but diorshow seems best.
Yes! I mean I never saw them in store or in person anywhere! Sometimes I feel like brands create things for youtubers and youtubers alone. They don't actually care about us, the consumers. I mean if they did I suppose, we'd be the ones going on trips to Turks & Caicos, Hawaii, Europe, etc. instead of the gurus you know what I mean?
I think Stephanie Nicole is just about one of the only, if not THEE only, TH-camr that has not sold their soul for the all mighty dollar. Her word is about the only beauty TH-camrs' I trust.
Your reviews are the only one I can trust! Then l'm a little uncomfortable watching all these "beauty gurus" raving about shitty products, when I secretly know they are shady shady persons! Hehehe
+Jessica Dominique Tati was rated well this palette. I watch her videos since she is a little bit more sincere than some of the others but generally if someone makes a living from TH-cam and does not have income from anything else, I doubt that the person can be 100% honest with the reviews.
"It's not like I'm being some jealous hater bitch" 😂😂😂 She said on her snapchat that the only palette she brought to Paris was the Nubian I palette and I personally think that's very telling. But anyway, thank you Stephanie for buying and trying stuff to save us the hassle!
Those comments are coming. I'll never see them & they won't get through because I have Ronni, my comment moderator, so ha ha to them! 😝😂 Vito bet there's already been a few 😁
I have never ever ever in my life seen someone review so incredibly in depth. I will always go to your channel before I buy any make up now bc you are just so informative! Thank you for your hard work! 💗
there's certain chemicals that are legal to use in skincare products in China that are illegal in the US and other countries for various, harmful reasons.
Anddddd the ignorance begins. Please use your head. Just because a product is made in China does not mean that it is legal to sell it in the United States if the products used are not legal to sell/use in make up in the United States. Only if you purchase cheap brand knock offs (which is illegal by the way...) directly from China do you run that risk. It is illegal for any retailer in the U.S. to sell any products REGARDLESS OF WHERE THEY ARE MADE that are not legal to use/sell in the U.S. It seems like common sense but I guess some people really are that dense.
Also stuff that is made in China and meant for sale in China and stuff that is made in China in U.S. factories will NOT have the same ingredients nor the same quality. Again, common sense.
isn't crazy how people ask for honest reviews but don't like it when the reviewer is saying that it's terrible quality just because its a collab with a big youtuber? lol but yeah I love stephanie's review videos! stopped me from buying so much haha
Wow, thank you for not sucking. I first was introduced to you when the whole JS crap came out and watching this shows me you're so real and being honest, the only other person I watch is Tati. Def subscribing 👍🏽 super underrated you should have 2 mil followers
I like Tati but I've noticed she's said a few times she's afraid to be totally honest because she doesn't want any backlash so I take her reviews on collabs with a very big pinch of salt
I love your HONEST reviews.. Please don't sell out on us like many others that I watch w a grain of salt.. But I agree that most, if not all, of these pallet collabs are so mediocre not worth the $. Champaign pop is the best collab so far
who is this girl? ive been watching all those makeup famous gurus and all of them are pure shit when it comes to Reviewing products.... honestly this really impressed me on how a REAL REVIEW should be...with quantity and quality comparisons that make it more objective. im so glad this came into my recommended vid! subscribed
EXACTLY how I feel. Tarte used to be one of my fave brands, if not my fave. However since the back to back brand trips for gurus, the amount of products they send to every single guru out there constantly and of course the sheer amount of collabs I don't buy their makeup anymore. Hrush, Shayla, GraveyardGirl, I could continue forever....
Well tarte is a business. I just don't buy collab items...like Stephanie I have in the past and the quality is just not there. I'm pretty sure she wouldn't either if it weren't for requests to review them. Tarte does have some amazing products though
Your swatches are the reason I never trust finger swatches. Whenever I see videos of people introducing their collab palettes they always only do finger swatches and it makes no sense to me! 99% of the time i use a brush to put on my eyeshadow it doesn't matter how well it applies with a finger I need to see how it works with a brush and how it blends! That's why I love your videos Stephanie you actually show us how shadows work
Also I don't really trust any reviews besides yours anymore. I have a couple other people that I kind of trust but the grand majority are a no for me. Everyone now is concerned about keeping friendships and/or don't want companies to stop sending them free stuff or stop using them for collabs, which means no unbiased reviews. I've swatched things in stores that I've seen youtubers RAVE about and was so confused because they were awful! Everything now is about money for them I feel like there's no honest reviews anymore it sucks
this comment is soo true!! I never thought about it, but wow! yea, I can't thnk off hand anyone who is as thorough, honest and true to their selves as much as she is! I love her reviews!
My poor boyfriend bought me this palette as a present when we first got together and I was so excited to try it. I didn't have the heart to tell him how sad this was for me, so I try to wear it whenever I see him to make him happy. I appreciate his effect and I'll wear the shit out of these just because its makeup, it was a present, and I don't like wasting people's money.
Hey I am just curious. Since this is supposed to be a limited edition collab product , will the brand keep track of how much stock is selling and take back the left-overs ?
Limited edition mean they make a certain amount. When they are gone, they are gone. It doesn't necessarily mean a limited time offer just that it won't be a permanent addition to their line.
Totally have to agree about collabs with these makeup companies...let down everytime. Why is that? They may not be makeup chemists and makers, but wouldn't they be able to at least have a say with the products? Like some sort of stamp of approval...feels like they just readily accept their money regardless what the quality turns out. Always appreciate your straightforward reviews, luv your nails by the way!Sending XO's all the way from Canada🇨🇦❤!
+Chrissy K say a brand sells a palette regularly for $50, that takes into account their cost of product, returns, profit, overhead, shipping etc. when you add another part that needs to be paid, the collab person, costs need to be cut to turn the same margins, OR the price needs to be raised. Sometimes both. Not one has ever turned out like I hope besides the CP individual by Becca
Wow,thanks for such a swift (and enlightening) response! Goodness, seriously though...if it means a⬇in product quality, maybe they should just reconsider doing the palette...just stick to doing one item(like just a lipstick,eyeshade,etc..)make a diff? OK,I'm rambling...thanks again for your explanation. You have no idea how informative you are to me with the whole makeup industry❤! ✌thank you❤
+Stephanie Nicole I got the swamp queen palet a couple months ago and was sooo excited, ofcourse I saw everybody and their mothers to a tutorial and just had to have it. Anywho, I went to use it and....powder EVERYWHERE!!! I was so mad, and tarte usually has great products but not only was it powdery everything had sparkles, even the contour and blush. You were the only one who was honest about that palet. I love bunny and tarte but that palet was disappointing. It's funny too because I watch JS, Mannymua, carli and so many others and they all said how great it was, but if that was somebody they didn't like they would have shit all over that palet. I just wish everyone would be honest, they don't have to be mean about it. Like you do a great job at being honest without being rude, I'll always listen for now on I swear! lol
Amen! No desire to support these collaborations. Please do a review on the new holiday hourglass palette. I ordered it already, but always love your opinion and demos. Love from Canada! 😻
I don't get them usally eaither but Kathleen lights highlight pallet I got and it's so wroth it . the darker deep shade works great for a eyeshadow. I am pale. i just love it
Dude I love you, every other youtuber has just been giving good reviews and now I'm starting to wonder if most can still think for themselves or not. Thank you for an HONEST review and this totally saved me money!
does that mean you unfollowed jaclyn? i asked her why she still supports jeffree since he is such a bully and she constantly talks against bullying. she didnt reply and just blocked me which left an extremely bad taste in my mouth.
I've never watched Jaclyn, I only knew she was popular and that a lot of people loved her videos. I kept thinking about checking her out, but after hearing about how she was shoving Morphe crap down people's throats and how she's affiliated with a bunch of terrible people and all that, I just see the thumbnails of her videos and she looks like an ugly person to me. Obviously she's beautiful on the outside, but I'm the type of person who literally can become physically attracted or not depending on if that person's character (demisexual is the term) So yeah, never watched her, but even though I've never heard her voice she makes me gag because I know she's one of the problems on youtube. I have no interest in supporting people like her.
I bought that palette when it came out and even though I'm not a big fan of his, I did really like the color selection so I thought I'd give it a try. It runs at $45 I believe and comes with 9 shadows which breaks down to about $5 per shadow; the regular price of a single MUG shadow. I thought the pigmentation was really nice on most of the shadows and were very consistent with the formulation of their regular shadows. My only complaint is that Mars ends up looking like a fuchsia instead of a wine red and you really have to build it up if you want red. The shimmers are best applied with a finger. But all in all, I was happy with my purchase!
Thank you, but I will never put my name on anything unless I formulate & make it myself every step of the way. I'm not putting my name on something that isn't mine. Existing brands won't do that. One day I hope to do my own skincare line, I've already been formulating in my kitchen :) It will be many years out though, lots of research & trials. Thanks for watching!
I've commented a ton of times telling you how much I love your videos and how your the best TH-camr out there. Whenever you upload, I watch ASAP and am so psyched! Keep doing you, girl. I'll be watching as long as you're posting. Xoxo
I love your honesty and totally agree with you on this palette but would also love to see more videos about what you DO love instead of just a lot of videos of things you don't like.
TBH: When I first heard about this palette coming out in collaboration with Nikkie, I got excited because I'm very very very fair with my skin tone and had a feeling this palette would have colors that would work well with my skin tone because of Nikkie having the same problem as I do. However, I wish I was able to see your review before I bought it to save me from extreme disappointment. This palette is terrible (only 3 shades half ass worked for me while the rest is exactly like what you just demonstrated). I didn't mind the blushes but the bronzer and highlighter was garbage for me. Glitter and mascara was 'OK' for me and definitely was not a huge fan of the eyeliner either for the same reason of how much it bleeds. This is the first and last collaboration I will buy from anyone because I to notice the difference in quality compared to the other Too Faced Palettes I've bought in the past. No hate towards Nikkie herself because I think she's very talented and fun to watch but this palette is really not worth the hype for how much use and what actually works out of it. In the end it's up to you if you want to try this palette but I agree with Miss Nicole on this one from my own experiences being similar to hers, don't waste your money and tears for it.
olivia dawn...i actually got it from sephora *(i forgot) until i checked for the order number to send the complaint. anyway i did contact sephora and they actually re-embersed me for the entire cost of the product. well they did credit the money to my sephora account. but still i was happy with the way the customer service handled the issue.. i honestly have never had any issues except for this one.
I didn't recieve my glitter shadow and my better than sex mascara was fully dry, I mean... what a waste of money!! u.u and I thought I was the only one to notice that the shadows weren't enough pigmented.
my mascara was definately dry. but the fact that my liner wasnt in the bag that came with it was like huh? anyway i contacted sephora (thats where i purchased it) they totally did right. you should do the same
@susy suka i know right!! At first, I just wanted to believe it was because my skill level just wasn't any where near nikkie's and i just needed to practice more.. but i have a lot of other palettes and shadows that are much easier to work with and doesn't make me work so hard ;((
The only TH-camr product that I ever found was worth the hype was Real Technique brushes from Pixiwoo. I bought them when they first came out and years later the brushes are holding up. The makeup palette collabs always seems like the reject versions of the brands that are making them. It's like they don't take their time with making them or something, which I think hurts the brand in the long run too.
Oh, that's why. Not hating, but I find Instamodels so fake. I feel like all of them got so much plastic surgery and all of them look like Kylie Jenner. So I tend to not ummm.... recognize?? Any of them... Lol.
I get so excited when you post 💙 You're definitely my favourite channel, you tell it like it is, no bs. I can always trust your opinion. You're just awesome!
Lacey Haze Mm...I have to respectfully disagree. Most standard beauty gurus follow the trend to make money, including Nikkie. Right now, drag makeup is "in". I don't think it's necessarily her true style.
Kayla Gee I was thinking that too. I like to do my make up precise but not so precise that it's the drag queen trend. The only thing that bothers me now is that everyone wants to be a TH-cam beauty guru and it's sad Bc all their make up styles are literally the same just different color coordination. I like the beauty or different styles of make up. I like it when everyone has their own style. My two favorite make up artists right now are iluvsarahii (Karen) and pearypie (amatta)
Loooove your channel and how honest all of your reviews are. You always have such a different outlook compared to most other reviews I watch and it really makes me see things in a different light!
I would love to see a video about your favorite palettes, regardless of price point. I feel that between you and Tara it's hard for me to buy a bad product if I follow your recommendations.
I agree. Tara's disclaimer is the best: "I buy all own my stuff". 😂 No worries about lies to satisfy a sponsor with either of these two awesome women! Why they don't have more subscribers blows my mind. Some with over 1M+ that don't even upload often (or they upload crap) is ridiculous. And uber lazy. So over YT collabs.
I love watching Stephanie's videos even when I disagree with her opinions or wasn't particularly interested in the products. I find her in depth honest reviews so refreshing and riveting. I always learn something from them which I definitely can't say is true for most make up reviewers on youtube.
100% agree shes the real deal... and I love her for that! at least she doesnt hype the crap like so many TH-camrs do. Stephanie tells it like it is! She has probably saved me hundreds of dollars in crap make up. it has really turned me off two faced as a whole!
she took her inspiration from her children's makeup challenge and voila, you have an overpriced cardboard box. don't know how they get away with charging that much for such cheap makeup.
I commented a while back on one of your reviews on morphe palettes that I disagreed with because I am personally a fan of the morphe palettes. I have watched a few of your videos here and there since and really feel like I've gotten to know you better and feel you are a truly honest person and you put a lot of time in to your research and reviews and I just want to say that is much appreciated. I just subscribed and appreciate your honesty and apologize for the ignorance of my first comment on the morphe video. Enjoy your reviews of course makeup a lot of the time can depend on personal preference and experience but I appreciate your honest opinions and time put in to your videos!
I love how honest you are. I'll admit when I first stumbled onto your video, it took me a while to get used to the way you speak (coming from higher pitched, constant smile-y make up gurus), but the detail and sincerity in your delivery was what kept me watching. I also love LOVE how you do brush swatches instead of just finger swatches, there is a real difference and it irritated me how no one would talk about it in their eyeshadow reviews. So, I don't think you're grumpy at all. I appreciate everything you said about the palette (especially about how the colors might not show up on more in-depth skin colors, how the value of the package depends on if you use all the products that come along with it). Thank you for all the informative videos, you are my go-to for when I consider buying anything make-up related. :D
i'm not sure why brands think it's ok to compromise quality and great value just to slap a youtuber or celebrity's name on their products. the only collabs i like are kathleenlights x colourpop and of course the becca x jaclyn hill champagne pop collection, and most other collabs are underwhelming.
+Kiki Hardono because companies tend to do the bare minimum they have to, so they can turn the largest profit. A big name could put cat shit in a tube & state it's cat shit. People would still crash sites to buy it. We will get better products when we vote with our dollar & demand better. Until that time, crap it is
What would be really cool is if makeup brands did a collab with an actual working artist like myself... instead of doing a collab with someone just because they have high social media numbers. I get it, it's all about the money. But still, it would be nice to see brands give credit to those that actually do makeup on other people for a living. I love how honest you are with your videos. Thank you!
i am probably the only person on you tube who never bought and never will buy any youtuber product or any hyped up product on youtube because i know from where its coming from . TH-cam is not same anymore, everything is about money and being fake, fat fake . I just feel sorry for all those naive 15 year old girls ... but..they will grow up one day, right?
neither have I. I believe make-up geek would be good, but shipping cost (to europe) makes it extremely expensive. Same for pretty much any other US bases online shop (if that makes sense). I just don't see the point of buying something because Name X is on there. The girls will learn. (also. Why buy a Palette that includes Highlight, contour, and blushes? that's something I'd rather have specifically matched to my exact Skin tone.)
Don't worry I haven't either, you're not alone..... I can't trust that a product is great when every TH-camr reads what seems to be an auto cue - it's amazing, it's buttery, it's pigmented, bla bla bla. Then you watch a tutorial and you can clearly see - it's patchy, it doesn't blend well, it dusty, not so pigmented, it's chunky.... Credibility is out the window at that point. And frankly if I pay $80 (aud$) for a palette every stinking colour better be perfect!!!Thank god for real TH-camrs not afraid to cop the slack from weird groupies, companies and other TH-camrs. I don't like that TH-cam has become more like a business, real feedback is hard to come by.
you are literally so honest.. when I saw all the positive reviews from other you tubers I knew that they were probably just helping her out.. I know to come to you for the real deal.
Didn't you hear what she had to do to get some color payout? And quality is questionable when it takes tons other products to look at least decent. And you should know a bit more about camera, lights and how something appears on the screen and in the mirror. Do you have any explanation why would she say that (her opinion) if it is not her experience? I don't. She paid for it and even if she didn't, whats there for her to say otherwise?! She has great job and great income and love for makeup.
She's a professional. Have you not seen the children's makeup, dollar store and random product makeup challenges? She may have a beautiful eye look but how long did it take her to achieve it?
I think if a youtuber wants to come out with products that badly they should be learning about business and creating their own brand. When you invest your own money like that it makes more sense that you'd care about the product more since you would lose so much if the product was bad and no one bought it. When brands reach out and offer to have collabs with people, maybe the problem is they aren't making the product completely by themselves and they don't need to worry about the brand collapsing because it's already a popular brand, therefore the product can have flaws. Although like you said champagne pop and that whole collab with Jaclyn was beautiful, maybe brands should be more careful about these collabs and youtubers should try to get into business if they want to make collabs instead of leaning on these ocompanies😬
Maybe the only reason they go through other companies is because if they made it themselves independently they'd get the hate for it being bad, while if it's a collab they blame the company for the formula.
It's so HARD to just make your own makeup company tho unless you're Kylie Jenner. Jaclyn hill for example did the collab with becca, made a ton of money from that, and wham next year her very own cosmetic line is expected to release. You gotta get your foot in the door somehow and TH-cam > Makeup collab is a huge step to do so! :)
Trisha M, Kylie Jenner doesn't even have her own makeup company. She uses the same manufacturer as Colour pop. Stephanie actually uncovered this in her take two review of the Kylie Jenner lipkits.
I unfollowed Nikki and Manny and other reviewers bc they are boo buddies with unnamed individual. I thought I was the only one THAT crazy over the whole thing- birds of a feather as they say, and I found all of those people to be just as fake. I wouldn't even buy the Nikki palette bc of her fakeness and buddy buddy thing... I know I'm not being nice this morning. I must need more coffee! I would buy The Balm over Too Faced for Full Face palettes over any! I am having a The Balm love affair!!! xoxo
Nikki Evers Honestly, not everyone is going to like Nikkie and that's something you're going to have to accept. Putting people down that don't like her doesn't make you any better. If anything, it says a lot about your character.
I just totally always look forward to seeing your videos..Why? because you don't bullshit us on all these sell sell sell products that aren't great! What would we do without you Miss Steph!?! Thank you....
Where were you when I bought that horrendous Vegas Nay x TooFaced palette?! That was a hot mess and the swatches of the glitter shades that you did here remind me of that one.... so much that I felt myself cringing. I felt so conned because every single damn review on this site was glowing. I kept convincing myself I loved it because I needed to justify buying it to myself but then I went out and bought an actual high quality eye palette and saw the light. You shouldn't have to work up a sweat making a color show up and distribute.... not when you've paid $40+.
Lizzy G I wasn't even a Vegas Nay fan! I'd seen her videos on Instagram, but that's it. I bought it because all the TH-camrs I followed at the time were like "this palette is great!" Laura S Last autumn if I remember correctly. A couple of shades were good colors for transitions so I depotted them and put them in a Z palette. The rest.... waste of space. shanayah brooke So far the ABH Modern Renaissance palette has blown my mind. I'm not sure how "practical" of a palette it is, but every time I make a look out of it I'm impressed by the vibrancy of the colors and how great they are to work with.
Collaboration palettes have lost the special feeling they once had. They are starting to feel like some of the holiday releases, cheap, quick, and over done! Love your videos and your honesty. Stay happy girl!
Your reviews are so refreshing I love it! You're able to give your honest opinion with evidence to back it up, but at the same time I feel like if I actually wanted to buy the product you didn't like it would be ok because you show how to make it work. I love this about you and I will definitely subscribe!
The thing that irritates me about all the collabos is most of the popular channels are getting the paletts for free (which is fine, get it get it girls) BUT some of them its obvious they give positive reviews to everything so they keep getting free stuff. And then I spend my hard earned money on the shit and it's a complete disaster. The only one I liked is Bunnies, and I wasn't really impressed with the eyeshadow but I do like her, my daughters enjoy watching her and I gave the palette to them to play with and they love it.
Plus knowing Bunnie's overall personality she'd probably find it cool that it ended up with your daughters to have fun with. She strikes me as pretty cool that way. For her the makeup stuff is fun for her and somewhat secondary as channel subject matter. She made the palette and had fun with it and she gets that it may not be everyone's cup of tea. Personally I like her old fanmail vids and "Does This Thing Really Work?" because the concept is refreshing, she finds and buys them herself or from subscriber suggestions. Plus her presentation is hilarious. She's one of the few people on youtube who genuinely can laugh at themselves.
This palette looks like something you would buy at Clair's... 😬
Molly OMG SO ACCURATE
Holy crap girl. This is the first video I have ever seen from you and you definitely have a new subscriber. Even though I'm a fan of Nikkie, I still love this because I cannot believe how thorough you are in your reviews. I have never seen another TH-camr go into this much depth! I love it 😍
I definitely agree!!!
Are you subscribed to Tati too? She is as indepth as Stephanie :)
Tati liked the palette
tati kinda gives in to hype and money. her review of this product is full of praise, when it obviously needs a serious amount of patting in to get any color. she calls the product "workable" which is a word for not very pigmented.
I don't get why she doesn't have at least 1 million followers she's the best with reviews
Bullshit sells. And she's not bullshit
+Natalia Espinoza because people prefer sugar coated "yaaaas queen this highlight is popping " yaaaas this sooo good . People can't stand realneslike Stephanie .
+cynthia zavala i like both
People don't like "HONEST" reviews the amount of subscribers Stephanie has proves just that.I think she is one of the best you tubers around along with 4 others I watch.
+Sparklestacey80 *of
You're my favorite youtuber , just the fact of how honest you are!
yep...her honesty and her knowledge...she has mote knowledge than the you tubers who sell products/collabs and most of them never studied in an esthetician or cosmetology school either
I know I'm so mad!
Lol. Ugh. No. Just no.
I liked it, I makes my eyelashes look great but an hour later I have little balls all over my undereyes
Man, I couldn't even get it to make my lashes look nice. I was all around disappointed.
Maybelline does me well!
You're so educated about makeup! You brought up things I never think about
rxxrcousin I know it's so great to have someone who works for the beauty industry tell us whats up!
she reminds me of a cooler version of lisbug
basically Lisbug's badass cousin
Like Lisbug's trendy older sister
sooo true
LMFAOO I want her to respond to comments like this I wonder what does she think 😂
Lisbug rock'n'roll edition!😎
I know you are a very busy woman Stephanie and you dont dish out videos every day but i look forward to watching every one that you upload! Thanks for another review.
I too look forward to her uploads. :) She's great.
same here. I always get excited when I'm notified that she has a new video up.
Same here!
I really hope that she reads your comment because it's so true. Love her videos and her honesty. :)
This is the only channel with 20min+ reviews that I'm able to watch in one sitting. And I have the attention span of a toddler, so that's saying a lot.
I swatched this at ULTA and was shocked how poor quality the shadows and highlighter/bronzer were :(
Me too. Glad I swatched beforehand.
It looked poor as well!!!
Yes, didn't seem like good quality. I have E.L.F palettes that blend better.
No bullshit👌🏾 I trust you with my life at this point lmao.
me too lol
HAHAHA totally
Same lmao
Same lmao
Lmao me too. She keeps it all the way real.
I'm here for the real tea!
Same!
Me too! She's so honest and great at telling us what make up products are worth and not worth investing in.
I'm surprised I haven't seen anyone say this but most of these shadows look identical to the Vegas nay stardust collab with too faced.
yess!!! i feel like too faced in general just keeps releasing all the same colors in different pallettes
i feel this!
like just looking at the palettes and swatches, too faced and urban decay seem to be doing the same thing /:
vanessa rae I freaking love the Vegas Nay pallet omg
vanessa rae Literally what I said! Most of the shadows are identical
vanessa rae Andrea Renee did a review on this palette and mentioned the Vegas Nay. I would say 3 of the eyeshadows are similar.
Your reviews are the only ones I trust anymore lol
yh i only trust stephanie's and tati's opinion.
Sameee
I recommend you watch Cassie (thrift thick ) she's also really down to earth and she really does give you her honest review her and Stephanie are my fave s.
I think Shaaanxo does some really great first impressions and reviews as well. She mainly does it with foundations and I think she's doing a great job, they're detailed and honest and also fun to watch.
Okay lemme rephrase: I trust anybody who isn't Manny, Nikki, or Jaclyn. Or Jeffree.
I don't even wear makeup but I'll be damned if I don't get super stoked when there's a new video from you.
FINALLY SOME GOD DAMN HONESTY! I searched and tried to use this palette and it is honestly garbage. The liquid liner bleeds/feathers, the Better than Sex mascara flake and the payoff is a joke. Not to sound so negative, but this is just a blatant cash grab.
did u have the same problem w. the shadows as steph's?
truth
R Ree I totally did. I was really upset. It seems so disrespectful to consumers and subscribers.
Taylar Schuler im sorry that happened you:( im curious where your last name comes from (does it have any relation with "school" or "teacher?")
I agree. I love the better than sex mascara because it volumizes my barely there lashes, but it's sooo flakey!
How can anyone dislike such an in depth review? Not to mention disliking a video that is just someone's opinion...there's nothing to dislike. You either agree or disagree....people drive me nuts lol. Thank you for being so thorough and honest, it's always appreciated
they are disliking because they are blind followers of Nikki im sure. but i agree with you.
cuz trolls will be trolls...Lol.wish others were as honest as Stephanie. ..could have saved a shit ton of money 😥
I was at ULTA Miami today, store was full. People were passing by the Power of Make up stand like it wasn't even there...
When I saw this palette, my fist thought was that this is very reminiscent of the Beauty Killer palette.
Update: Returned the palette at Ulta today... and I saw a stack of returned Power of Makeup palettes in the back.. LOL! Guess everyone is realizing it ain't worth crap
Two of the only TH-camrs I trust reviews from are you & Wayne Goss
me too!
H3lloKayla jessica braun is awesome aswell u should check her out!
Chewy Garcia yes - Stef and Eshani are the only reviewers I trust on youtube. They both totally deserve to have more subscribers!
check out livloveshermakeup she gives amazing reviews and she is so honest
Yep! And neither of them do makeup like clowns. That's one of the biggest reasons I trust them.
People fail to think
same.
She ALWAYS keeps it real and people are mad about that, but shit the products always speak for themselves! Lol
Same! I can't even bother to look at tarte anymore. 😖
I feel the EXACT way about Tarte! They were my go-to brand for nearly anything! Now they do these collabs and trips with influencers to pimp out their products and I can't stand how artificial it all comes off now. I used to deem them as a reputable company but I almost hate them now.
And what sucks is that dumb dumbs buy them instantly and makes them sell out
I'm so glad you said that. Right there with you.
She's also all about making that cash...her monthly hits and oh god no's are basically a list of who gave her promo codes and who didn't.
You got a police officers voice
bootychain smith she really does 😂😂😂
This comment is too real 😂
Whenever I see something new come out, I'm always waiting for your review! You're so honest & really detailed. Not over the top at all. Thank you!!
I totally agree!!!
Yea girl!!! Me too!!!!!
Me too every time!!!
Yes exactly!
I think Tati is quite fake, shouldn't trust her.
SomethingReallyStrange - Maybe ones she's interested in working with but she didn't play very nice with Grav3yardGirlxTarte's pallette.
I've seen better pigmented eyeshadows at the dollar tree.
Taehyung's K - PopTart Tbh and you can tell how long their makeup has been there.
Taehyung's K - PopTart JIMMIIINNN
Taehyung's K - PopTart AHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH SO TRUE
army everywhere
HONESTLY
I am also a bit pissed with too faced cosmetics since the fiasco/overhype of the release of their peach palette. Never was able to get it, since so few were produced. Seems the majority went to you tubers for free. Very disappointed in them, as I love many of their products.
You are always stunning!
I mean if they did I suppose, we'd be the ones going on trips to Turks & Caicos, Hawaii, Europe, etc. instead of the gurus you know what I mean?
should've got it faster. With anything limited edition you have to get it QUICK if you want it that bad! They're also brining it back so chill.
I share the same frustration, the bottom line is all about making money.
I wait to buy products until the Queen tells me to
YASSS same
i know right
Indeed
Lol yep! Or swatch it out and if it smells too chemically I usually don't get it
Make up your own mind, sheep.
Hehehe
Tati is really good and honest as well I love her reviews
+Jessica Dominique Tati was rated well this palette. I watch her videos since she is a little bit more sincere than some of the others but generally if someone makes a living from TH-cam and does not have income from anything else, I doubt that the person can be 100% honest with the reviews.
+Jessica Dominique yeah till Tati raved about that expensive foundation with all her pores showing
I completely agree with you.
Stephanie keep doing your reviews!!!! I only trust your opinion to be real
I love Tati omg
"It's not like I'm being some jealous hater bitch" 😂😂😂 She said on her snapchat that the only palette she brought to Paris was the Nubian I palette and I personally think that's very telling. But anyway, thank you Stephanie for buying and trying stuff to save us the hassle!
I read that as she was saying that 😂
Dan K. Memes bwahah the way she says it, it just rolls off the tongue 😂😂
Those comments are coming. I'll never see them & they won't get through because I have Ronni, my comment moderator, so ha ha to them! 😝😂 Vito bet there's already been a few 😁
All in the name of honest reviews!
What does that mean? Not starting shit, I am a passive makeup consumer and I don't get what you mean.
I have never ever ever in my life seen someone review so incredibly in depth. I will always go to your channel before I buy any make up now bc you are just so informative! Thank you for your hard work! 💗
I love that you mention where the products were made. This is very important to me because I avoid products made in China like the plague.
Me too!!!
im interested to know why is that x
there's certain chemicals that are legal to use in skincare products in China that are illegal in the US and other countries for various, harmful reasons.
Lord Voldemort im cryin
BAHAHAHAHA She just low key put that out there and I was not expecting it.
I know right ??! I lol'd
Who's she talking about?
+Cara Spencer She is talking about Jeffree Star of course!
Jeffery Starr
I don't understand why you don't have more subscribers! Love your videos!
She is too honest that is why, I only trust her reviews and Socialite Sande.
isn't crazy how people ask for honest reviews but don't like it when the reviewer is saying that it's terrible quality just because its a collab with a big youtuber? lol but yeah I love stephanie's review videos! stopped me from buying so much haha
odaliscxoxo I'm subscribed plainly for her realness. Some people can't handle the truth!
Kellie Fanning same girl same! everytime something new comes out, I always come to her channel to see if she's reviewed it lol
I think it's because Stephanie doesn't try to entertain her viewers so hard like many other TH-camrs. and it's a good thing :)
Tati actually has said she doesn't care about Jeffree Stars actions and still continues to support and buy his products.
+pinkangel729 true.
I feel like you would like EmilyNoel83, she gives excellent reviews and other videos and she never ever does paid videos, she's excellent!
+pinkangel729 this is going to sound random but do you also watch Kira Rose? I feel like I've seen your photo before
The way you dissect these products is simply amazing. You break it all the way down and call it as it is! I'm learning from you every day. Love u.
Even the eyeliner seems different in this pallet I've used just the product outside of this pallet and it was fantastic
I'm happy you like it, thats all that matters
Maddy Pesce really?? I dont like my sketch marker much :/
Really appreciate how honest your reviews are saving ya girl some dollas 😂💕
❤️
Same. I stay because she is so legit and honest.
Lorve From Singapore to @Stephanie Nicole
I love your HONEST reviews.. Please don't sell out on us like many others that I watch w a grain of salt.. But I agree that most, if not all, of these pallet collabs are so mediocre not worth the $. Champaign pop is the best collab so far
Champaign pop has been the best so far...even her face palette that included champaign pop was amazing!
genbabez champagne**** tf
who is this girl? ive been watching all those makeup famous gurus and all of them are pure shit when it comes to Reviewing products.... honestly this really impressed me on how a REAL REVIEW should be...with quantity and quality comparisons that make it more objective. im so glad this came into my recommended vid! subscribed
I feel you!! Tarte especially omg! It's like they're trying to collab with as many people as possible
The tarte pallet in collaboration with makeup by Shayla (sp) is amazing!!! It's probably my favorite makeup item of the year.
i literally bought the makeupshayla palette just bc i hate jeffree and she had hella beef with him so i wanted to support her ahaha
Also, I feel like their shadows are so patchy!! Just me? I be blending until the end of time haha 😂
Ditto! Finger swatches are misleading!
I never realized that about finger swatches vs brush swatches. Thank you for the information.
JessieA exactly! The only finger swatches i trust are for colourpop eyeshadows bc 99% of the time i do apply those with my fingers
Sadthetic nah return it and get something you like
Forreal. Unless her bf is gay, there's no way he gives a fuck if she's wearing the makeup he bought her.
We have TONS of these at my store. They are not selling at all. Not surprised. Great review!
Btw, I am LOVING your nail color!
Hey I am just curious. Since this is supposed to be a limited edition collab product , will the brand keep track of how much stock is selling and take back the left-overs ?
+book thiefj I predict we will see this on future Ulta Dumpster Diving haul videos 😂
Limited edition mean they make a certain amount. When they are gone, they are gone. It doesn't necessarily mean a limited time offer just that it won't be a permanent addition to their line.
Have you tried the shaanxo pallette? I got it for $12 or something from by cosmetics and I'm very impressed! Great quality and u can't beat the price
*bh cosmetics
what did you like about it? is it suitable for tan skin? i think steph didn't like it
i love it and it shows up and stays well on my combo skin
Carli Bybel's pallette with BH Cosmetics was around the same price and I was shocked with the great quality too, I might give shaaanxo a try too!
i have shan's and carli's and they are amazing!! the highlighters are my favorite
I feel like too faced is just focusing on getting product out there instead of actually taking time to get their formulas perfected
Like you do a great job at being honest without being rude, I'll always listen for now on I swear! lol
I liked the Colourpop Kathleen lights collab x
+Stephanie Nicole I guess the same thing happened with the jaclyn hill eyeshadow palette with Becca too.
I swear i love how in depth your reviews are👌🏾
Thanks for watching!
+Stephanie Nicole can you do the BOMB challenge?
So true.
This is probably the best most honest makeup review I've ever seen.
Amen! No desire to support these collaborations. Please do a review on the new holiday hourglass palette. I ordered it already, but always love your opinion and demos. Love from Canada! 😻
Oh it would be great if she'd review the new holiday hourglass palette!!
Would also love to see a review on the Hourglass palette.
Omg yeees I can't wait to buy this palette! If it's Steph approved of course ;)
How did you order it already? It looks beautiful!
I don't get them usally eaither but Kathleen lights highlight pallet I got and it's so wroth it . the darker deep shade works great for a eyeshadow. I am pale. i just love it
Lord Voldemort is disgustingly fitting I love it...they're both pasty, racist, theatrical, and completely lack eyebrows.
I feel like Im not in the loop here.. who is she talking about?
She made an entire video about him. Jeffree Starr.
And lots of people think they're super cool. Heh. ;)
Jeffree star👀👀
your comment is totally the best one I've come across thus far!
Wow that's telling as hell
Wow, I didn't know Jaclyn did stuff like that. Time to get rid of her on social media.
Is that all you said to her? I've left stuff like that on her SM and she hasn't blocked me
I've never watched Jaclyn, I only knew she was popular and that a lot of people loved her videos.
+Lel Nope depending on that* whoops
Could you do a review on the Juvia's place eyeshadow palettes?
Yess please!
That's tomorrow ❤️
+Stephanie Nicole yay!!!🤗💖💖
+Stephanie Nicole YASSSS💖💖
Yasssssss
You are the only youtuber that actually keeps it real and I don't think I just speak for myself when I say it's highly appreciated ❤️❤️
What did you think of the palette collaboration of Mannymua and makeup geek?
I want her to review that too!
tbh i dislike manny but the shadows are really good and that's undeniable. makeup geek has good shadows imo
That's the best one out of all of them. In my humble opinion ;-)
I don't think she ever bought it but I was wondering the same thing!
My dream is that one day Stephanie collabs with a brand because you know that is going to be the best palette ever.
"Stephanie Nicole" by inglot!
OMG yes! I would def buy that!
+Stephanie Nicole omg !! And your name sounds is so luxurious and fancy ;)
My girl 👏🏼🐸 never disappoints !!
its so crazy because so many well-known beauty guru's RAVED about it, but how...... because it looks so.... uh.. "much to be desired"
Always love to hear your opinions, Stephanie! Also love the new editing inserts! Very cool! :)
Side note, hold it up to your BeautyKiller palette. That shade range though....
I just watched your review a couple of days ago and completely lost it at your expression when holding them next to each other. Priceless!
Oh, I never noticed that, but you are right.
Hey Jen! love your channel! xoxo
Oh wow, you're so right! They look really similar.
Please check my newest video on Juvia's Place. Thank you for watching.
Stephanie Nicole I will check it out!
"yknow.. lord voldemort" LMAOO THE SHADE KEEP IT REAL 🔥🔥
You should check out the carli bybel palette if you don't have it. It's pretty nice and extremely affordable.
That's one collab I'll always love :)
You said your fair skin the same problem as Nikki I just wanted to say that is not a problem your skin tone is beautiful
*Nikkie
damn it's my first time watching her reviews and she's like giving us grade a high quality content and details
huh i didnt recieve the sketch marker , i got the regular black pencil. i need to contact too faced customer support
wow you better! that knocks down the value by like $20 I hope they send you the right one
olivia dawn...i actually got it from sephora *(i forgot) until i checked for the order number to send the complaint. anyway i did contact sephora and they actually re-embersed me for the entire cost of the product. well they did credit the money to my sephora account. but still i was happy with the way the customer service handled the issue.. i honestly have never had any issues except for this one.
I need to try Real Techniques brushes!
I'm with you on that. Real techniques always seem to have consistently good brushes!
Palette sucks and looks cheap. Very kiddish and the colors aren't all that either. I haven't liked any Calabs besides ABH Amrezy palette
agreed the amrezy palette is bomb!
How did Amrezy became famous? I'm just curious.
Who on earth is amrezy. Lol...
Tiffany Miller She is an IG model who close to having 5 millions followers. I just want to know what made her famous or ''revelant''.
Oh, that's why. Not hating, but I find Instamodels so fake. I feel like all of them got so much plastic surgery and all of them look like Kylie Jenner. So I tend to not ummm.... recognize?? Any of them... Lol.
Lord Valdemort...I died..wonderful review Stephanie..so informative! Appreciate your work! 🌷
I bought that palette. GIRL! I would rather use kids sidewalk chalk than that palette. I ended up throwing it away
I just love her 😂😂
Is that Jeffrey she is referring to?
Lord Valdemort.. I'm confused. Who is she referring to?
Yup the one and only Jeffree Starr...take a good look at him..the resemblance is uncanny 😂😂
I get so excited when you post 💙 You're definitely my favourite channel, you tell it like it is, no bs. I can always trust your opinion. You're just awesome!
❤️
I don't even really like the way Nikkie does makeup. all the same as any other 'beauty guru" and also wayy too much highlight for no reason?
Definitely, Nikkie is very into drag/ cake face makeup, but she's pretty good at blending and eye makeup
Because everyone has their style.
My two favorite make up artists right now are iluvsarahii (Karen) and pearypie (amatta)
agreed, that's not a feasible everyday look, I love Kathleen Lights looks hers for the most part you can wear daily
Loooove your channel and how honest all of your reviews are. You always have such a different outlook compared to most other reviews I watch and it really makes me see things in a different light!
+Shanya Lusk thanks for watching
I would love to see a video about your favorite palettes, regardless of price point. I feel that between you and Tara it's hard for me to buy a bad product if I follow your recommendations.
Who's Tara?
therealnagemable
Tarababyz is another youtuber. :)
I agree. Tara's disclaimer is the best: "I buy all own my stuff". 😂
No worries about lies to satisfy a sponsor with either of these two awesome women! Why they don't have more subscribers blows my mind. Some with over 1M+ that don't even upload often (or they upload crap) is ridiculous. And uber lazy. So over YT collabs.
i loveeee how unbiased and thorough you are with your reviews, you're one of my favourite beauty youtubers! and your hair is amazing
As always, great video Stephanie, and I am LOVING your hair - it reallllly suits you xxxx
I love watching Stephanie's videos even when I disagree with her opinions or wasn't particularly interested in the products. I find her in depth honest reviews so refreshing and riveting. I always learn something from them which I definitely can't say is true for most make up reviewers on youtube.
❤️ thanks for watching
We can always look to you for honesty Stephanie. Thank you for keeping your reviews truthful informative and entertaining
Every time you upload a new video I'm like yass get ready to get hit with some truth 😂💕
👍
100% agree shes the real deal... and I love her for that! at least she doesnt hype the crap like so many TH-camrs do. Stephanie tells it like it is! She has probably saved me hundreds of dollars in crap make up. it has really turned me off two faced as a whole!
she took her inspiration from her children's makeup challenge and voila, you have an overpriced cardboard box. don't know how they get away with charging that much for such cheap makeup.
COULD NOT AGREE MORE🙌
She started making the palette over a year ago and the shades were set way before the kids challenge but I deff agree the palette looks like crap
Yyyeeeessssss!!!! So true! I don't buy shit from collabs anymore. So over priced for shitty ass products/ formulas
Lmao 😂
It's because fools like us , lol, will more than likely buy it! They are marketing geniuses !
Enjoy your reviews of course makeup a lot of the time can depend on personal preference and experience but I appreciate your honest opinions and time put in to your videos!
please do a video of the 3 worst collabs I'd be really interested to know...I love your reviews keep em coming!
Queen of Reviews!!! 💚💚💚
Until that time, crap it is
A great example of that is kylie jenner and her overpriced shitty makeup ^
#profitmaximisation -.-
What would be really cool is if makeup brands did a collab with an actual working artist like myself... instead of doing a collab with someone just because they have high social media numbers. I get it, it's all about the money. But still, it would be nice to see brands give credit to those that actually do makeup on other people for a living. I love how honest you are with your videos. Thank you!
Lancome does it with Lisa Eldridge.
Thank you for letting me know. I will check it out! :)
SO glad someone said that!! That would actually make sense.
Thanks! :) xo leatherandjade
ikr. putting makeup on yourself doesn't make you a makeup artist >:l
I'm over all these collaborations too...
i am probably the only person on you tube who never bought and never will buy any youtuber product or any hyped up product on youtube because i know from where its coming from . TH-cam is not same anymore, everything is about money and being fake, fat fake . I just feel sorry for all those naive 15 year old girls ... but..they will grow up one day, right?
I agree with you 😜
neither have I.
Narrs Tilbury XOXO hahahaha so true!
nobody knows. i am glad i dont have my own money so i dont spend them on stupid things 😂
Always keeping it real Stephanie, I respect that.
you are literally so honest.. when I saw all the positive reviews from other you tubers I knew that they were probably just helping her out.. I know to come to you for the real deal.
I like that we can always count on you for an honest review and especially love that you don't drink the TH-cam koolaid.
It's so unusual how youtubers like Stephanie have these opinions on makeup palettes, but still are able to pull off a beautiful eye look. How though?
+Ariana Motyl patience & glitter glue. I feel like the camera is very forgiving under bright lights too. It didn't look as vibrant in my mirror
Because talented people can make things work for them!
She's a professional. Have you not seen the children's makeup, dollar store and random product makeup challenges? She may have a beautiful eye look but how long did it take her to achieve it?
Pretty sure she could pull off a hot eye look using dirt
This was the most professional and detailed review i've ever seen on youtube. Subscribed.
Look out! It is happening!
"I'm covered in tattoos so I'll be dammed to tell you what's tacky!" I love you so much lol! You keep it real!
+Briyanna Rodrellar ❤️
I unfollowed Nikki and Manny and other reviewers bc they are boo buddies with unnamed individual. I thought I was the only one THAT crazy over the whole thing- birds of a feather as they say, and I found all of those people to be just as fake. I wouldn't even buy the Nikki palette bc of her fakeness and buddy buddy thing... I know I'm not being nice this morning. I must need more coffee! I would buy The Balm over Too Faced for Full Face palettes over any! I am having a The Balm love affair!!! xoxo
Exactly. Nikkie may not be a bad person, but she supports that kind of behavior and she's fake as fuck. Yep, I'm good on that bullshit.
sorry but what is "the whole thing -birds of a feather" thing ur talking about
Nikki Evers Yours as well!!
I'll have to remember this response
Nikki Evers Honestly, not everyone is going to like Nikkie and that's something you're going to have to accept. Putting people down that don't like her doesn't make you any better. If anything, it says a lot about your character.
I just totally always look forward to seeing your videos..Why? because you don't bullshit us on all these sell sell sell products that aren't great! What would we do without you Miss Steph!?!
Thank you....
Thank you 😘
Agreed!
You shouldn't have to work up a sweat making a color show up and distribute.... not when you've paid $40+.
were you a vegas nay fan when you bought the palette?
What palettes do you love?
I love the Balms eye shadows - I think they are great quality for a very reasonable price
How long ago did you buy that one?
Lizzy G I wasn't even a Vegas Nay fan! I'd seen her videos on Instagram, but that's it. I bought it because all the TH-camrs I followed at the time were like "this palette is great!"
Laura S Last autumn if I remember correctly. A couple of shades were good colors for transitions so I depotted them and put them in a Z palette. The rest.... waste of space.
shanayah brooke So far the ABH Modern Renaissance palette has blown my mind. I'm not sure how "practical" of a palette it is, but every time I make a look out of it I'm impressed by the vibrancy of the colors and how great they are to work with.
i love how honest you are with your reviews, like you give pros and cons about the product and give your genuine thoughts about what you're reviewing
The only Collab that I have ever purchased was Kathleen Lights x Colourpop and I am very happy with prices and quality.
Same! She's the only one I've purchased, bc I don't make a lot of money that I can dish out on these ridiculously expensive make up trends lol
They tell you "you can make it work" I want a product that works easily sure we can make work shitty makeup if we have no choice
