Why was the interviewee focusing too much on the overall app than the chat feature? I guess interviewer set it upfront that this dashboard is to track a new feature.

The session was very informative, only one question that we had to build the dashboard for uderstanding the success of the new feature or the whole MVP launch?
North star matrix is skewed....when MAU is multiplied with a ratio....it does not give clear picture . North start can remain stagnant if MAU is moving up but ratio is coming down. It is better to keep north star as ratio only and measure MAU separately
