Saw them a few times in Toronto performing this. The first time i saw someone play paint cans blew me away! As a kid i would line up the used paint cans in my basement and bang them with stir sticks! My introduction to drums. I have been fortunate to have watched them many times over the decades and once had the chance to chat with Robin Englemen, lovely man and so informing. R.I.P. to him and John Wyre.

This may be the best version I've heard.

Nice. When done well, there is a song, a melody with the percussions. I know this is what percussion is for and music of today seems to forget that. Seems they are mostly used for keeping time like using it as a click track. I'm not a pucussionist or a kit player, but more than any one section, I prefer the drums and purcussions. I could keep rambling on so I need to stop....Great work guys.
