@ Yes. I am from Wales but living in the States. Grew up on a hill farm, involved with tractors, road transport and excavation equipment through the family engineering company. My uncle was a tremendous designer, draughtsman, mechanical and hydraulic engineer. I spent lots of time with him and some great craftsmen. Retired now, but still know quality when I see it. 👍🏴🇺🇸
Beautiful looking trailers nicely built I must say, Suggestion for your drawbar tilt he controlled from the rear at the ramps so you don’t have to get into the tractor or tow vehicle. Other than that fantastic job 👍 In New Zealand we have chain slots both sides of trailer or we needed in the chain slides into it the less you chain down in multiple places very useful, maybe an option for you to look at as well. They look like a big keyhole so you drop the chain through and slide it in.
I’d love to do more of it, I really enjoy getting the content and doing the editing…. It’s just remembering too 😂 I miss so much good/funny stuff and I think, corr I should have got that on camera! 😬
Fantastic trailers but like every manufacturer your cross members are box and are the weak point. I built a bespoke trailer and used 4" channel for cross members. So much stronger and you can plasma them where the wheels are to give the clearance needed.
We do use S355 Box throughout the chassis, Id imagine if you looked really deep into other manufactures they would more than likely be using S275 to keep cost down and margins higher. So much more strength in S355 Box 😬 shes not going anywhere for a few years 🤣 💪🏻 💥
@@Grizzly_Trailers_UKI would imagine he's getting at the condensation and internal corrosion limitations of box section rather than channel or i beam. Still really well thought out and well built trailer though
@@CharlesShaw-o5v gotcha dude! We did toy with drilling holes in the bottom of the box for draining each side as the screws will let moisture in eventually…. But then you’re letting air into the box with the holes…. Not sure what the right option is. Not personally fan of channels and H irons as they hold the mud and shit on them so much 🤣
301 now I think that is one of the best trailers in the UK 🇬🇧 keep up the good work mate thanks
Big statement but I’ll take it! 😉🤩👌🏻
Another fantastic trailer nice to see it through the stages massive spec 👌🏻👨🏭😎
Should make these trailers for dump truck hitches and gooseneck! What a well built trailer
That’s a well designed, specced and built trailer. Definitely versatile and usable. One of the best I’ve seen anywhere. 👍🏴🇺🇸
Thanks Paul! Assuming you’re from
Wales? We have 2 nice 30 footers heading into Wales early next year, being built currently 👍🏻👍🏻

Thanks so much! 👌🏻 many more to come 😁
Great idea of the hydraulic rams on the drawbar to stabilise the bed when loading swing shovel . I’ve had one take off when loading ,not good 🙀
This is what happens when a consumer becomes a creator of trailers they think of the boys using and fixing them hell of a job
Exactly how it should be!👌🏻👍🏻

Hi, I was wondering if you could tell me what brand of tractor with the forks on it is. Thank you
The one I’m driving at the start? It’s a John Deere 3800 pivot steer Tele-Handler 👍🏻👍🏻
@Grizzly_Trailers_UK thank you
What colour of orange is it? Thanks
We use Traffic Orange 😁

Unfortunately not yet, but we won’t rule it out for the future 👍🏻
