Yes, every effect stacks in this game ( unless stated otherwise).
It lasts 3 turns, but that includes the turny ou use it, so f.e.
Use turn 1 - Buff turn 2 and 3
Use turn 2 - Buff turn 3 and 4
so you can stack 2 uses before using your ult. The reason I don't use offensive skills is because Pride buff stacks too, it's for 2 offensive skills, so by only using one offensive skill, my 2nd pride trigger makes it so my ult has 2 pride buffs
