In this clip, NLE Choppa spoke about wanting to take his life during the height of his success following "Walk Em Down" blowing up. He explained that a person can have everything that they want, but if they don't have what they need, they'll crash and burn. NLE Choppa went on to speak about having a turning point in his life, and how he turned things around.

I love hearing this rn. To hear someone praise god at the position he's in means a lot. Nowadays people don't trust god because of the devils lies and illusions and refuse to believe in his word. So to hear someone put god at the forefront is incredible. And it shows god always has a plan for your life.

This is so amazing and im happy that this guy got himself together. I'm going through something similar to what he went through, addiction and depression. A friend of mine mentioned meditation and now this guy brings it up. Maybe that's my calling. Maybe thats what I need to do because I can not deal with this stuff anymore. I have to get rid of the drugs and smoking. It's holding me back and I'm tired of it.
100% we need that guaranteed routine time of silence & peace to really think, or not think depending what you need each day. If you got any “float tank” spots locally you got to try, it’s not cheap so it’s not for everyday but it’s the best way.. floating in the darkness & silence, can’t hear or feel anything externally
after about 5 minutes all you got left is pure consciousness, your self & whatever is beyond the self, for the rest of the hour. It’s worth the price, I go in as much as I can afford & it helps how I meditate more regularly outside the float at home. Stay strong ✊🏾

Another friend of mine mentioned that to me years ago, before I ever had a drug problem. He wanted us to check it out just to see and feel what its all about. Joe Rogan brought those up on his show. Years ago when my friend brought it up, I do remember us looking for some in our area (Detroit) and they did have some. They didn't seem to be terribly expensive. I think it was around $50 maybe, something like that. We didn't end up going to it because we got side tracked. Its definitely worth a try and I thank you for suggesting it. I will get myself together and do better. I just want my life back. God Bless you and your family 🙏
Smoking seems like the answer at first but then after a while it becomes the problem. Leaves you off worse than when you started.
@@makomajin6592 Yes! Absolutely! I thought it was innocent and just dabbling here and there to ease up my emotions. Then all of a sudden I had a real tough time with a breakup and I used more often, everyday. Then l just found myself not walking as far away from it as I use to. Now I have a problem and I need to be done with it. Was thinking staying with my sister for a week or two. Figured ill get dropped off, so I won't have a car, and I'll bring no money. That way I can lay low, get clean and be away from it.

We've all seen too many people that are depressed and use weed to cope. Also I don't listen to his music but his growth as a person is what put him on my radar, you don't really get see many people that are living how he was living be self reflective and change. If anything they end up being self destructive. It's kind of refreshing tbh.

And I feel completely empty inside and can’t explain it….I’ve always thought money would makes things better so bills and stuff yes it does, but other then that it’s emptiness.
Was the same way and still have days where I feel the same. Sounds corny but you need to learn to love yourself. Stay on top of looking your best. Haircuts/gym/meditation. Do stuff that makes you feel good about yourself. Keep your car/house/work space clean and organized. Make your girl happy if you have one. Try your best to make yourself proud.

@@MovieJustin At 19 on my journey of soul searching and reconnecting with the Lord, in prayer I asked if he could help me with my weed abuse/addiction and I mention that on my 20th Bday I wanted 1 last and final blunt and that prayer came true not only that he helped me fix my many other flaws like my anger and lust for multiple women at once he literally changed/uplifted my life from that day forward in return I do all I can to live righteous and thank him in all honesty

What he's saying is true. Vlad pointed at the "success". When people don't have what someone else has, they want it. But throughout life you will realize whenever you want anything and then finally get it, you will want more. And what you wanted will just be this normal thing... Drugs, is a very serious thing. Your mind is something that makes you who you are. Playing with that with drugs and thinking it's fun, is very stupid. I for a very small period smoked weed, and it was one of the worst feelings I ever had in my life. I felt like a junky with almost no control over who I was. And if someone has a very low tolerance and tries it their first time, they will likely over do it and you will have an extreme panic attack. If you never had a panic attack before, it's basically like being in hell, and nothing making sense for a period of time, until the drugs wear off. Some people though may not snap back, if for instance they have a family history of mental issues. The drugs can awaken that state..
