I first heard it from Tena ASMR, who I believe invented this trigger. It was her signature intro, and I adored it. However, I must say, you do it even better. For me, it's an even more effective trigger when you do it.
When you repeat “RELAX, SLEEP, GOOD, & CLOSE”, from one mic to the other, really gives me tingles and makes me fall asleep faster. You should do a video of you doing JUST that with background music I would really love it 😍
I love your slow blinking ones also and I like how sometimes you introduce a unoque trigger that means something every time you bring it up like saying a singing bowl if you hear it, it means a reminder to relax those shoulders and jaw more deeply and feel more sleepy etc and the snap of the fingers before the slow blink is just so perfect for feeling relaxed and sleepy
