After Disney surrendered Blu-ray market from Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and some territories, SM Life Design announced that Encanto is the last Disney Blu-ray movie in South Korea, while Disney will exit from South Korea, however Disney will say goodbye to Asia.
DVD fast play is still relevant even in 2022.

Well some movies are exclusive to Disney+ which I guess why it's on there.
