i do forward knots like normal with my right hand and i do backward knots with my left hand. at first it felt weird but with more practice it felt normal

I am one of those people that watched your videos all those years ago! I made them as a teen & then again when my son was in 1st & 2nd grade because he loved them. Now he is in 10th grade & due to quarantine restrictions I’ve picked the hobby back up!

hey masha! i just wanted to tell you my story... so my mom taught me the candy stripe bracelet and then i started enjoying it. i really wanted to do the alpha pattern but I just did'not get it. but then you came here with your videos and helped me to get even better. you are my inspiration and will always be.

hi masha, i looked up how to get your old yt back and this is what google said:
If you created your channel before May 2009 and haven't been signed in since 2011, we have automatically connected your channel to a Brand Account. You need to link that Brand Account to an existing Google Account so you can access your channel. Here's how:
Go to accounts.google.com/Login and sign in to the Google Account you'd like to link with your TH-cam channel. This can be a Google Account you already use on TH-cam. If you don't have a Google Account, you can create a new one.
Go to th-cam.com/users/gaia_link.

Your channel inspired me so much I have only watched your channel since June but you inspired me to do bracelet videos and been there to help me like you I only knew how to make the candy stripe and now I am making beautiful bracelets including a circle bracelet for my mother's birthday as a present and like you in the beginning I'm having trouble with the volume of my videos

I Started making bracelets a year ago. when I was 10 I was with my baby sitter and a couple of her friends. and they were making bracelets I saw and wanted to try. they showed me how to make a candy stripe. Since then I’ve been making bracelets. watching your videos have helped me. Thank you 😊

I started making bracelets with one hand, but all my backward knots were great (I'm left handed) but all my forward ones were trash, but then I tried using both hands, and then my knots were more even because I used the same technique but backwards :)

You're not supposed to, I just do (and so do a lot of people) but do whatever is more comfortable for you!

I only use my fingers when making a bracelet.. No clipboard, tape or safety pin because when I first started I didn't have any of those. It's a lot harder because your hand has to stay in place like a clipboard (it will mess up the way you have your strings arranged) until you have a few lines done. My fingers are a bit crooked now

i am one of those people who don’t switch hands and the funny thing is i can’t figure out how to do backward knots with my left hand!! the bracelet habits we get into 😂

I used to make knots with one hand, because I first learned the candystripe and I myself taught me the backward-knots (before I learned them, I made chevrons with only forward-knots. How ist that possible? I don't know, it came out ugly).
Because I taught it myself, I just mirrored it and used one hand.
But then I watched your videos for a while and I gave your two-hands-technique a try, at first it was really complicated, but now my knots are neater, especially the backward-knots. Well, forward-backward-knots and backward-forward-knots are more annoying now, because I have to switch hands, but it looks better, although I still have to find out how I can do the perfect tightness with this technique...
