Things have changed noticeably even in the 2 years since this was shot! Victoria has had a complete rebuild and the mainlines have been electrified, all the T68s have been replaced, and you can now go as far south as East Didsbury.
One thing i find so surprising after all these years is that there isnt a half carriage made for bikes. They are always trying to encourage people to do more exercise and use their bikes. It would be so great if they had a carriage just for bikes, even half a carriage would do. Come on metrolink !!
