@Nick's Pranks how come your Older tractors like Ford 3000s and Massey 135s don’t have power steering they are bigger tractors with bigger and heavier engines with bigger tyres and people are still using those just fine

You should buy the honda gx 390 power hose trust me daggerwin you’ll find it super handy and powerful for washing your machinery It’s a little more expensive but trust me it’s worth it
The birds sounds already happier at your place than in Sweden now, Daggerwin. But we have winds from you so snow is melting rapid. When I put away all garden gear i make service and cleaning. Fill up with Aspen Petrol- or Diesel fuel and take away batteries. Paint them up and under deck I use bed liner for pick-ups, except for my pro Klippo's with cast aluminium covers ("The Silent Eternity Machine"). For mulching I use Oregon "Gator" blades.
When running the blades, you should really have the throttle up. Otherwise you won't have the blade speed up sufficiently high enough to properly cut grass without damage. It also mulches better.

I’d always advise pre filling your oil filter with oil, particularly as you started up on reasonable throttle. These smaller engines can sompetimes air lock for a period of time resulting in no oil pressure. Just a friendly warning
konamad metal screw on oil filters are essentially insert filters incased in metal, they will absorb an amount of oil and hold onto it,then let’s face it a side mounted filter will spill a small amount of overfill down your already oily block from removal of the old filter. Trust me I repair vehicles for a living I know how an oil filter works
If you ever have issues with the deere spindles on the deck they have been known to put in fully shielded bearings in a space with a grease fitting so no matter how much grease you put in none could get in so just built pressure on them. Only method to check is to pull the spindles apart so not a fun project.

a good habit to get into is to fill the oil filter with oil before reinstalling so you dont have to cycle the oil as much.

Dis you put a new copper washer on the sump nut. It helps seal the nut to the oil tank
