The £1 notes were replaced by coins a couple of decades ago. The £5 notes have undergone a couple of revisions and have now been replaced by "plastic" notes. Those are all old notes, possibly collectable.
On the money, check the coins for silver and the pennies for a 1943. On the bills, make sure none are silver certicates or starred. Those are worth way more than face value.

Lasts longer ie more expensive.

Hi guys how you are all well 😃. I’m from the uk 🇬🇧 & can let you know a little about the uk money you found. Its old money unfortunately & is no longer used. The £5 note only went out of circulation about 18 month to 2yrs ago. The £1 notes are really old they went out of circulation back in the 80’s around about 1985ish. Seeing them took me back to my childhood ( yes I’m old 🤣🤣). I do know they sell on eBay. Hope this helps xx

Also if it is a spray it is already diluted in order for it to work, less scent less money.
