Honestly you can't get the version in SG cause all the beef fried rice in SG uses the same technique they fry a Yang Zhou version. So it won't have the beef fat infused with all the goodness and all.

Next time u get hiccups, get one of your team members to ask you 你吃饱了没有？Then u answer them 我吃饱了，and then drink one sip of warm water. Might cure.
Rice not so filling. It's the egg that sits heavy in the stomach. Drinking so much water at the end makes fullness worse imo. I can go on eating for a long time if i don't drink. But once i take a sip the fullness comes
