Ma how do u get puri to be extra soft. What can be added to achieve soft fluffy puri. Theres a lot of recipes but not all are soft and fluffy and what can help for puri to be not so oily. Please help
Hi there. Here is the link to my puri recipe, they do come out fluffly and the semolina stops it from being too oily but you will have to try it out and see if this is fluffy enough for you: th-cam.com/video/JN-YMg62rQ0/w-d-xo.html
Ma please share a lime pickle recipe where it's soaked with vinegar but mustn't have that strong vinegar taste. I came across alot of recipes where the lime is boiled. I don't like that method.

Thanks Aunty they look delicious 😋
Can this be made with butternut instead of the pumpkin?
Yes, definitely the butternut normally has less "strings" and can therefore be preferred if you have it.
Thanks so much Aunty, will give it a try. 🙏Especially with school holidays coming up, snacks will be expected 😊
Thank you ma
