This is super old so idk if youre seeing this. But my fly actually does not have a side light wire thats connected to the wiring harness. Its super wierd and idk if its a manufactering thing or what
Hi there, yes super old video, it's amazing how good LED's are now compared to this. I believe it depends on the country the scooter was in to whether there is a requirement for a side light.
Sounds like there could be a short somewhere, have you tried checking the voltage with a meter, also check the continuity between the positive and negative. That would be my first port of call. Ross
Yes it really was, stayed in for less than a week, if your going to get a LED spend the money and go for Auxito or Novsight or similar! Not cheap off eBay or Amazon
Thank you so much, didn't think I'd be capable of changing the globe, it worked like a treat,
No worries at all, thanks for watching.
About to attempt it on my Piaggio Fly, Ross. I think it'll be more or less the same instructions. Thank you in advance.
No worries at all, should be the same, led bulbs have come a long way since this though!!
@@RossPerryProductions thank you! Started raining so I'll try tomorrow. Better forecast.
Is there a switch to turn the headlight on and off? Because i recently got one and when i turn the scooter on the headlight is always on
no there isn't, only switch between high and low beams, most bikes are like this now.

yes 100% this is a very old video now, I use Auxito a lot they are great
What kind of bulb is in it then?

@@RossPerryProductions cheers 👍
How do you replace the small light slightly under there?
Hi there, from memory you just pull the rubber holder straight out with the light off. Sorry I don't have the scooter anymore to check.
That looks like its less light then the stock bulb.
Hi There, Thanks for the comment, on the road it was a very different type of light, I ended up changing back to a traditional bulb
Thanks!
No worries at all thanks for watching.
감사합니다~^^

You have a good personality on the camera. You make taking apart the bike look fun.
