I applaud the program. Excellent. However, let me narrate my personal experience. I am serving as a District and Sessions Judge in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. In 2011 while I was posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge in Peshawar, one day an advocate filed an application in my Court under Section 22 - A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898. For your information, let me elaborate that when a man goes to a Police Station to register a case against another accused of commission of an offence but the SHO refuses to register the case, the complainant is entitled to file an application under Section 22 - A praying the Sessions Court therein to direct the SHO to register the case and when such direction is issued, the SHO becomes bound to register the case. I perused the application which showed that the complainant had gone to the house of his friend who had come on vacations from Australia. During conversation in the drawing room, the Australian Pakistani allegedly committed blasphemy of the Holy Prophet. The Complainant went to the concerned Police Station but the SHO didn’t register the case and so he filed the application under Section 22 - A in my Court. I asked the Advocate where is the alleged blasphemer. He told that he has returned to Australia. I resorted to a brief brain storming and immediately decided that I will decide this application not according to law but in a manner that pleases Allah. So I asked some questions from the Advocate. Q are mine. A are his. Q: My father has died eight years ago and is buried a few yards away from my abode while Prophet Muhammad has died more than 1400 years ago and lies buried more that 5 K kilometres away from my abode. Then why do I remember him dozens of times daily while I remember my father off and on. A: (The Advocate kept mum and then I told him) It is because it is my religious obligation to love and respect the holy Prophet more than any one else except Allah. Q: Can we raise the stature of the Holy Prophet by giving him respect? A: (The Advocate kept mum and then I told him) The stature of the Holy Prophet will not rise by our giving respect to him because he has been already awarded the highest place by Allah and if he rises a step further on the ladder of tazeem he will become equal to Allah and none has been, is and will be equal to or above Allah. So the holy Prophet already enjoys the highest position notwithstanding whether we respect him or not. Q: If our giving respect to the holy Prophet does raise his stature then why do we respect him? A: (The Advocate kept mum and then I told him) Despite the fact that the Holy Prophet already enjoys a perpetually exalted position and does not need our respect, we respect him because by doing so we ourselves will raise in the eyes of Allah and will be rewarded on the day of judgment. Q: Can we lower the stature of the Holy Prophet by disrespecting him? A: (The Advocate kept mum and then I told him) The Holy Prophet already enjoy an exalted stature bestowed upon him eternally by Allah and Allah alone and since he does enjoy this position due to us nor can we deprive him of that, therefore, if we disrespect him, he will lose nothing. Q: If the Holy Prophet cannot be disrespected by us then why do we disgust even the thought of disrespecting him? A: (The Advocate kept mum and then I told him) He will not be disrespected by our trying to disrespect him but the very act of our attempt in vain to disrespect him will lower our own stature in the eyes of Allah and entitle us to punishment in jahanam. The Advocate seemed to have been convinced by my arguments. So he asked me what should he do. Seeing that the iron was hot, I told him to withdraw his application and leave the alleged blasphemer to Allah and seek guidance and forgiveness for him. He immediately withdrew his application. Thus, with the strength and guidance given by Allah, I saved the alleged blasphemer and his entire family from mob justice. Whenever I recall this episode, I take a sigh of satisfaction and relief and my shoulders bow in thanks to Allah. When we realised that we are too small, irrelevant and mere nobodies to respect or disrespect the Holy Prophets and our giving respect to them is meant to earn respect for ourselves and our restraining from disrespecting them is actually meant to save our own skins all the crimes committed in the name of blasphemy will eliminate.

Zubair bhai ki ek baat se agree nhi karta hun unhone isko fasad ya fitna fil.arz se jod diya...jaisa ke sarfaraz sahab ne point kiya Allah taala ne farmaya hai aise logo ko ignore karna chahiye. Is par koi qanoon sazi nhi ki ja sakti. Qanoon sirf insaan ke nuqsaan ya unke saath kisi injustice par banaya Jaa sakta hai..Allah aur rasool pe khyaanat ka hisab insaan kaise le sakta hai?
