Murali garu you asked about the act, but actual doubts, fears by public and irrational things in the act, which public / intellectuals raised , like no specific notice being issued without a specific notice to present title owner, a vague time period of two years, etc. Also the govt don't gave thought about existing disputes, road map about the process etc. Though executive part is field staff problem, parts of act is Govt responsibility.
