Great movie, song and actor. RIP Sir Sydney Poitier. Sir plays a teacher in a challenging urban high school, whom the students grow to respect for his strength, courage and goodness. In the process, at least one of his students grows from crayons to perfume. He is finally offered a better paying job somewhere else, by letter. But he has grown to respect his class too, for their strength, courage and goodness. Should he stay or should he leave?
This is a great movie! Sidney Poitier was a fantastic and talented actor and oh so handsome! My mum and I loved this movie, a must see.
