Great explanation Joe, you are not rude! How you say you can't break the law, because someone would maybe buy a product! They're laws for all. In most countries of Europe you must have 3-5 years school/training in Chemistry/Cosmetic that you can produce soap and etc. Here in Croatia that means 8 years regular school than Gymnasium 4 year and then 4 year Chemistry Cosmetic. And just the requirements for the room where everything will be made are already extremely huge. For example, the room cannot have the same entrance as the rest of the house and cannot be connected. For certain cosmetics, it even has to be a different building that was built according to certain guidelines. And then you start to take a breath. And think twice about what you say to someone. But there are people everywhere who provoke because they themselves are not happy with their lives.
I knew the regulations in Europe were very strict. I did not know about the amount of schooling required. But it makes sense, especially since the cosmetic regulations are so extensive. Thank you for the information. I find it fascinating. Thank you for watching!
