Great videos and thanks for the support. For me what are the kind of reports (metrics) for project control weekly/monthly reporting? I mean what information and graphs need to be shown or shared with stakeholders? Power BI dashboard to display project metrics? This is very important as the end goal is key for all stakeholders, project managers and planners.

My placemnets are going on, CDM smith is coming for project control profile. please let me know the types of questions they might ask from a post graduate MBA student , the soft skills required for the role. i do have 7 years of experience but not specifically in construction sector. i have accounts and administration expereince, the job roles are senior assistant, and i have some basic knowledge of contract manaagement, tendering process, the clauses one should include in the repair and maintenance work, please rply
