Something like that happened to me too. I felt like something was lifting me but then dropping me back down. I wasn’t really asleep because my eyes were half open and I was still looking around my room. I had to snap my eyes back open wide for it to stop happening to me but it happened twice. Eventually I got scared and decided to stay up a little bit longer incase it would stop later. (It did) 😁

That legit happened to me one time. I was having a dream that I was playing soccer, and I kicked my wall on accident, and I accidentally chipped one of my nails😅.
When I was six years old I slept in the same room as my little brother. We had a bunk bed and I sleep on top. But it did not have any fence on the bed on top, so I kinda rolled of the bed and fell in the floor and I just kept on sleeping and woke up on the floor. 🥲

We had a camera in our room because my brother used to sleep walk and me and mom looked at it in the morning after I told her what happened and there it was 3 in the morning I rolled out of the top buck bed and no one noticed and the bad ring is that I could have really hurt myself so we put a fence on the bed so it wouldn’t happen again.

Although I love the angel accidentally dropping you story, for those who want it there is a scientific explanation for why we feel like we fall in dreams. For the watermelon background story when it talked about falling in your sleep an angel dropped you well a few years ago i had a dream i was on my school stage on this platform step thing and i was on the top you see the top had a railing behind it irl but in my dream it did not and so i had fallen from the top and i was falling and right when i had thought i hit the ground i woke up and i felt like the pressure on my bed like i had fallen on it my arms where a bit spread out like my feet and i i was breathing so hard so i had got drank some water and got on my laptop cause i could not sleep :)

My grandpa died in his sleep but we knew it was coming. He was in the hospital for a while ( he had lung problems, Covid and Namonia) but the hospital wasn’t helping and so he lived his last day at his house with my grandma, my uncle, my mom and my cousin

I’ve had that falling bit but I was semi conscious, and I decided to stick with it, it just morphed into a lucid dream it was so fun
