Those changes in tone color he demonstrated at the end just blew my mind. I have NEVER heard those colors on a flute before, and he just tossed them out. He has been what the gamers call at the level-cap for so long that he's just been doing side quests for his whole life now. Wow.

When I first started learning the flute at age 13 (I'm soon 52yold), I discover Sir James Galway and bought some of his vinyl record, tapes and would listen as much as I could to try and get the same sound.
He is my favorite flute players, so versatile, and such an amazing sound🙏
Due to life circumstances I stopped playing for 20 years but picked up the flute again about 17 years ago playing in my church and praise God I found Sir Galway on youtube to help me improve (lots and lots of room for improvement).
He is such a blessings🙏
