    I never would’ve thought of decoupage a napkin on cloth but I love that. I also love that last pumpkin.

    This is my 1st time viewing your channel. I loved all your projects and I think they are all so beautiful. It's quite hard to choose a favorite especially when they are all so well crafted. I can say that I love the 2 pumpkins with the patina. They came out gorgeous. I also have arthritic hands and also have strength issues and I hate to admit it's due to age. Anyway, I love your idea of bringing your pies as a joke. Why not it's all in good fun. Lord knows I certainly need a laugh in my day. The hedgehog is adorable and those baskets are very pretty. Thank you for sharing. I did subscribe to your channel and am looking forward to more videos.

      Thank you so much Doris!! Loved all your comments and that you would be good with the pie joke! 😉❤️. I need to mention the different items that I use to help me craft with arthritis....not that I have that many, but I have a good pair of scissors that are designed for arthritic hands and using the paint brushes with the fatter handles also helps. Thanks you again for the kind words!! ❤️❤️❤️

    New subscriber. Luv your channel. The decoupaged molds hid your small mistakes very well and upped the look of the whole piece for sure.
    I have learned to use the iron on method of decoupage on flat surfaces. It works so well and you don't get any wrinkles or tears.
    I luv the pies, and yes it would be funny, not mean, if you take them to family Thanksgiving dinner.
    Luv the hedgehog transfer. I have those transfers and I have not used them yet.
    Keep the videos coming!!😍

    Homemade whipped cream is the easiest thing to make! Put heavy whipping cream in a bowl with some sugar and whip with beaters. Add sugar to taste. TFS!

    Love them all, specially the basket fabric decoupage and the molds decoupage. Where do you buy transfers?

    • @lifestyleofadiyer
      @lifestyleofadiyer  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you Sonia!! The best place to find the transfers locally...I would look at a Vintage/Antique store where people rent booth space to sell the items they make. You can probably find somewhere there that sells transfers. If you don't mind waiting for the mail. I sell them on my website www.lifestyleofadiyer.com. 😊❤️

    Could I add some pumpkin pie oil to the pie to scent it?

    • @lifestyleofadiyer
      @lifestyleofadiyer  ปีที่แล้ว

      That is a good question. I think the sealer would stop any scent from coming through the "pie"..I wonder if it would work in the "whip cream". If I get some time this weekend I'll try it...because that would be nice if it really smelled like pumpkin pie😊

    • @lifestyleofadiyer
      @lifestyleofadiyer  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Peggy, I finally got to try a few things out with adding the oil and nothing worked. Once everything dried, I could never smell the scent...I used a coffee fragrance for candle making. I think you would have to add something on top of the pie once it's dry...here is a recipe I see many fake bakers use and I've used in the past, just not in this application. 1 cup hot water, 1/2 cup instant coffee, 2T vanilla extract and 2T ground cinnamon. You could substitute pumpkin pie spice or use your oil and just apply over the top of the pie. The coffee is going to darken it up, but I don't think you would even need to add it. What's nice about this....when the scent dissipates overtime, you could just freshen it up with another application. Hope this helps!! BTW, the recipe needs to be refrigerated after use, and just heat up in the microwave when you want to use it again.

    Why waste the time making "fake" pumpkin pies when you could make the real thing in less time and enjoy it?

    • @lifestyleofadiyer
      @lifestyleofadiyer  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I love pumpkin pie, and that was my husband's nickname for me.... my license plate is actually pumpkin pie. Having the fake bake is a fun way to have pumpkin pie out without the temptation and no calories😊
