her S3 deals a percentage of enemy max heal, this is balanced by her not being able to crit. But when she gets sealed she can crit, and this damage is the result of this weird interaction.
In fact, her ATK doesn't matter.
If she gets Sealed (means she can crit) and she has 300% CDmg, she can 1shot anything no matter how much HP the target has, of course when there's no ML Ilynav on the other side.
Her S3 base dmg is 40% current health of the target, and 40% x 3 is well above 100%.
If the target is a squishy one, her ATK does add a bit more dmg, but overall her ATK doesn't matter.

The build doesn't look too bad for an offensive style, definetly wouldn't put it on defense tho.
& one change I'd make is to get an ATK% Neck and run BadCat Armin for a better chance at countering.
