Bentley Arnage front window regulator test after repairs

A plastic pulley had broken on the cable-operated window regulator frame. This caused the cable to "Spool" on the motor drive pulley. We fabricated a new pulley from Delrin plastic on the lathe, and installed it using the originally swaged pulley arbor as a nut-plate, threaded for a Allen socket threaded fastener. We have repaired similar many times in the past- when original parts are either discontinued, or outrageously expensive.
