Thank you very much for the nice and clear information. I have a question and hope you help me. I had both apps installed into my store website and the review were visible, but after I install a premium them (impulse version 5.1.2). Now all the reviews have been disappeared. Is there any way to restore the review? Even When I import review, the process become successful but does not appear in store.

I have a question, if someone on Shein or AliExpress is selling the same product as me and has reviews, am I allowed to do what you did here with Wise Reviews and copy their reviews onto my store? is that legal?

I see that it was a while ago that you commented, but from my understanding it is in fact not legal, especially in EU where I am based. Using Aliexpress customers reviews without their consent is treads over consumerlaws. May I ask how you went about it?

I’ve imported the reviews and edited them, and it says refresh as it may take 1-2 mins, but the reviews still hasn’t come up on my wensitw

I have no idea what I did wrong but the reviews are visible and people can write reviews too. But when u go to “add a review” it shows there’s no reviews available even tho there’s like 20
