That Magnalite roaster is an awesome heirloom. Macware is very good too. Cant go wrong with either. Your cast iron crawfish pot is killer.
Actually interestingly enough they are made by the same company, (Mcware and Cajun Classic) how has the Mcware been holding up? Thinking about getting one to roast turkey in.
Not mcware are great :) I love them so much.
