I’m going on pilgrimage with my husband in December to the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament in Alabama. Where EWTN was founded by Mother Angelica. I pray it gives me discernment on how to spend my retirement. I plan to devote the rest of my life to our Lord Jesus Christ. Please pray for me.
We’ve been there 3 times- stay in the cabins for rent outside the entrance gate. Love the Shrine, hope we can go again! You should then go to Irondale and visit EWTN studios , get the tour, and attend Mass.
Obviously, you must listen to God not me or any other person, but can I suggest you consider something helping kids from elementary through high school maybe in an after school program or something song those lines. Most kids now grow up in divorced homes or their parents were never married. If they’re lucky enough to have contact with their father, they likely watch at both homes while a cast of new partners & their kids come & go, so these kids never have a real, emotionally safe home. More than anything kids need attention from an adult & to feel like they matter. I think the kids really need more adopt a grandparent types of programs. I was first "drawn" to Medjugorje in 2012. Not from Ireland but from the bottom of New Zealand. It was a painful undertaking for me and my fragile wife, involving 3 days of travel, much of that in the air. Many holdups along the way and a couple of minor miracles. It was an amazing experience, so much that we repeated the journey 2 years later. Medjugorje is so Catholic one feels completely at home there. A few years ago I mentioned to our parish priest about the prophesies of Akita and how they had come to pass. Well, I got a blank look. True story! I have an old friend I spoke to recently. “I am going to Japan, where should I go?”, he said. I answered. Naturally, he was completely shocked. “You know, seems the google is showing me a lot of Akita too... why?” I looked at him slightly puzzled... “You’re Irish, searching for places of interest from an IP in Ireland. So if you look up Japan, odds are the algorithm is going to show you Akita, don’t you think?” He still didn’t get me. Then it occurred to me *he did not know* . Take home messages 1. It is not widely known.. *but* 2. At least google had the sense to serve him Akita in his search for where to go. Most likely, it’s because of prior passers by (like us talking about Akita now), influencing the search algorithm but one can hope, maybe the google AI is not that satanic that it even denies Our Lady? Frankly, I was pleasantly pleased it was telling him that.

Envious, I would so love to go again but don't have the money. I have been to Medjugorje twice last year (together with my family) after my conversion to the Catholic church in 2011. The evening mass in Medjugorje was the only one broadcast in 2011 and watching this for an entire year every! single day converted me to become a Catholic and then my entire family, I am sure of it. Now I am much more drawn to the Latin mass but Medjugorje holds a very special place in my heart as the presence of our lady is palpable there. I have never felt such peace as in Medjugorje.
I remember back when they leveled our home parish to build a “ newer version “ my dad cried and when to the sight and gathered up a brick for each of his 7 children. I still have mine . I’ve carried it from place to place as we moved around during our military service. I’m so glad you’re going to Medjugorie ( I was blessed enough to go on pilgrimage there while we were living in the former west Germany. ) God is awesome. Prayers continue for you Robert .
I have an overwhelming feeling of a coming chastisement. I live in a geographical area in the East of the USA. I don’t trust our world or Church leaders but the Lord has given me peace. Trust that Our Lords Will be done on earth as it is in heaven 🙏🏻

I went to Medjugorie in 1990, After a short prayer in apparition room, stood up, turned and nearly bumped into a "statue" of Mary frowning on me!! Hadn't found literature of messages, but Mary herself. 2 1/2 months of prayer & fasting explained the frowning. Thank you Mary of Medjugorie. You are for real.

As I stood up to go, turned on the spot, & before I could go further, thought I was about to bump into a statue. (FLOOR level, slightly shorter than myself.) My immediate thought was, "That wasn't there before." Then noticed the frown. No movement - just looked like a normal statue. I was so stunned by the frown, but it had to have been Mary in disguise to get her message through to me. Repentance had to be made by restoring love & affection to a close family member.(Some stupid psychologist had told another family member a long time before, that we should withhold love.) Praise be to Jesus all got restored.

There might be hope yet. I saw the queen’s first requiem mass was (mostly) in Latin. I almost fell out of my chair, I thought it was Catholic for a few moments. Maybe there’s enough of you there to return to tradition. Maybe. I don’t know. I’d nearly say come over to our side, but caveat would be, if you do, choose where you go carefully. Trying times indeed.
My sister in law went to medjugorje 15 years ago. My aunt was there there at the same time. She walked up to her and said I feel like I am supposed to talk to you but I don’t know why. They did not know each other. Thewhole trip they kept running into each other. They exchanged contact info and left. My aunt kept thinking of my brother and how he might like the woman she met. She set them up although they lived 5 hours from each other. Well, the have now been married for 12 years and adopted a little boy after 3 tiny babies went back to God. What was the prayer on my sister in laws heart and why did she go to Medjugorje? To meet her husband! Enough said. You will see miracles there! Enjoy the amazing peace during your trip!! 😊

Who is the 'we' who embarked on the destruction of the Church buildings and liturgy... ? I don't accept that we embarked on anything of the sort. As a child I don't recall my parents or anyone else being asked for their input into any of these issues. Rather it was imposed on them, on us. I think it's important that 'we' acknowledge that truth.

Hi. I have been going to Medugjorge since 1988. I feel when you mentioned that you felt called there that this is the way Our Blessed Mother calls each individual to come and experience the joy, peace, love etc that SHE has for you personally - it is only found in this village and the place which SHE wants to talk to your heart personally. When you mentioned MIR this word was seen written in the sky over Cross mountain back in the early 80’s however Our Mother almost continuously has called us to prayer, to pray. To pray with the heart - not the mind. Also my small piece of advice to you is this - spend one day on your own whilst there away from your group and stay at the blue Cross or climb Podbro or even Cross mountain - then and there you will find God and the reason for answering Mary’s call that SHE has placed in your heart. You are going to Medjugorje! Praise God. My parents said today they were 10 miles from the area of the apparitions in the 1980s and didn’t not know of the Blessed Mother’s appearances at that time. We were still Episcopalian then and not confirmed until 1990 and 1991. I have met Ivan and Mirjana at my parish in Nevada, USA. Thank you for another wonderful video. I just got a book on the Blessed Mother’s appearances and am learning about them all. She is our Queen of Peace and we are safe under her secure mantle.
You do well to stress the call to conversion as the condition for peace. I seek to remind myself and others of the urgency of conversion every single day. Then union with Christ becomes possible and the Church can recover her mission.

The church where I was christened was sacked in the 60s. Painted white. Icons and art removed. A beautiful painting behind the altar of judgement day painted over, forever ruined. The iconoclasts that call for holiness to be removed and for tabernacles to be moved off to the side are villains and need to be named.
As a lay diocesan delegate, I vociferously fought against all proposals which went against catholic faith Teaching. Sad to say, fellow delegates and PPC members continuously railed against my position. More disturbingly, not ever did any priest present confirm my position re church teaching. Their silence came as a great shock to me..
I think the Vatican is the reason so many have fallen away from the church. Most of us can't travel far to find a traditional church, we attend whatever is available.
There are good And true Catholics (this channel is proof). The Armor in armor of GOD is knowledge. That is our strength. What about the money the family of the seers got in Fatima when they sold their land to the Bishop and became wealthy? Or the money the seers got in La Salette, or the money the family of St. Bernadette got on Lourdes?
I think this was a slow detrimental decline for a long time. The split at Chalcedon over as we know now pointless semantics, the east west schism, the centralization of power into the Vatican (the bishop of Rome had the final word to unite the Church, but he was not supposed to be the micromanager of the Church), that churches in Japan looked like European churches violated the rule of the Apostles to not spread culture but only the faith (or else the Roman ride would look like a Jewish Synagogue worship with the Jewish hair cuts and so on). The decline was slow but real and Vat2 was the explosion of this.
Mir is peace in Russian and Croatian. They have the same origin. The same family of languages. Many words are the same and similar accross all the slavic languages. And you are quite right...MIR is not on the Belgian or German or other bishops' minds. Bluntly put , gay sex is ! Which beggars belief. The bishops can't lead us to Christ anymore.....because they don't work for Him...May God help them and Our Lady protect the sheep and the lambs from their brand of insanity.
I know, the beautiful art was destroyed and think of the people and generations who at great sacrifice built those churches. I have a Jewish friend who has been in awe of catholic sacred art. These treasures are for our inspiration to look toward God and glorify Him. Rich or poor can go to see the treasure of sacred art ,without charge. The poor cannot even enter a museum free of charge anymore. The greatest treasure of our faith is Jesus in the tabernacle. And most churches do not leave churches open on account of the outside desecration’s and attacks on the church.
Have you been to Armagh cathedral? I see in the right thumbnail they at least got rid of the wall to wall carpeting....🙄. So now maybe u could write to the cardinal and ask him to put back the original high altar and rood screen

In the states you can go into antique shops and find sacred art broken into pieces for decorative architectural elements to be repurposed in homes or businesses.And you might also walk into many Catholic Churches where the art is poorly done or poorly restored. It is so hard to watch. It is not much different than seeing a builder tear down mature trees because it is easier to not have to build around them .Years of growing and years in the making , the beauty is not to be seen in your own time again. As a woodwind instrument player I find more regular work in parishes that use more "contemporary" music but the rest of the liturgy is so agenda driven all the time, and that's what worries me. In the great basilicas of Rome, the epicentre of the Roman Rite, high altars have alway been freestanding and 'facing the people' with no tabernacles placed upon them.
After the council of Trent that was the norm for major Cathedrals. But the Altars were not facing the people, the sacrifice was always offered facing east, this is a tradition for the earliest of times.

Only about 3 weeks ago I saw online a couple of people who are high up in certain dioceses here in ireland and Scotland, both priests and some lay women who are heads of offices in the diocese have a pubic go at those who have deep devotion to Our Lady. And these are people who are fully behind the synod. Extraordinary.

Played “guess that commandment broken or upheld “ asked the for examples Taught St Gertrude prayer for Souls in Purgatory said it X 10 then did math by multiplying # students in room and high 5’s all around about how many we got out- but most importantly The Rosary- I was mocks/ridiculed by a Nun ( CCD taught to public school kid. In Catholic grammar school) thru. the grapevine of course- no guts to do it to my face) so my Long winded point is-this has been going on for a long time
You call "Traditiones custodes" demonic, that is more or less proof that Bergoglio must be an anti-Pope, since nothing demonic in terms of teaching, can ever come from a valid, true Pope. Medugorje, I 'm personally not so enthusiastic about, that's my opinion, not that I want to spoil your journey. The modern apparitions that promote novus ordo Mass and liturgy must be, at least in my view, doubtful if not false, because this new liturgy introduced in 1969 can't be valid. Do people ever wonder why this mysterious person, who appears there in Bosnia, asks so much for peace, is it really for God, or is it for the promotion of the one world religion? I remember one thing "she" said in the early 1980's that God guides all confessions, so all religions are allegedly under his guidance, is that really so? all different religions united under one flag? that is the worldreligion of antichrist, the same thing that Bergoglio stands for. Our Lord Jesus Christ is not at peace with his enemies. He will never be, the martyrs have given their blood in their fight against false religions and opinions, so the peace that the world so much desires for today, can not be the peace of God, it can not be the peace of the Holy Spirit. Because that peace is built exclusively, on the fundament of the Gospel, and the law of God. There has never been such hatred for the law of God, among people, as today. Yoga, magic and new age practises blossom as never before, they all talk about peace. Many TV shows talk about it. We like the words, peace and love, because they comfort us, we forget that our earthly existence is a struggle. I believe that this peace and love of which people speak so often these days, must be the peace of antichrist, who seeks global domination, and who desires to be worshipped as a god.

My mother is currently ill, all my 4 siblings are here together and I am trying in the most sincere way for them to just come to one Latin Mass but they won't, one says, "I politely refuse." Kathy, the NO is not evil in itself. Many quite conventional priests do sacred masses, and people love and benefit from their masses. NO is not all rainbows and felt banners and guitar strumming. Lots of people enjoy listening to mass in their own language - maybe you need to let your family worship in their own way? Give them time, make sure they know they are welcome to accompany you to your parish, and just love them.
If they are willing to go to the NO that's a start. As long as it's said reverently and not sacrilegiously. Some people refuse to go to Mass if they can't get the Latin Mass and that's wrong.

My father told me this years ago. To be honest I've not looked into it myself. It does seem generally that modern Catholics are really into Medjugore and more traditional Catholics only the approved apparitions.

The visions have not been approved by the local Bishop and The Visionaries have always been in disobedience to the bishop. This has never been the message nor the will of Mary. Whatever is visiting the Visionaries cannot be our Lady. Make a trip to any other site. Make a retreat to a faithful parish, but do not venerate a lie like Medjuori. My brother was called to the priesthood there by the BVM by voice. I saw a miracle there. Lots of healing testimonies have occurred there, I mean hundreds.

The alleged "visionaries" told the crowd gathered that "Mary" told them that all religions were equal in G_D's eyes. This goes directly against Church teaching and Christ's own words. Is Mary, if this is our Lady and not a demon, teaching a new dogma? I am not going to contradict your personal experiences because they are personal. I see all that. I also see Sr. Emmanuel. Now I don’t know all her values but from what she puts out on TH-cam she seems genuine and quite honestly, in this time of tribulations, *“safe”* ? I have no means now, but she is definitely on my list of people I would like to meet, as in, when able, I’d go to Medjugore just to see her and talk to her in person.

Obviously, you must listen to God not me or any other person, but can I suggest you consider something helping kids from elementary through high school maybe in an after school program or something song those lines. Most kids now grow up in divorced homes or their parents were never married. If they’re lucky enough to have contact with their father, they likely watch at both homes while a cast of new partners & their kids come & go, so these kids never have a real, emotionally safe home. More than anything kids need attention from an adult & to feel like they matter. I think the kids really need more adopt a grandparent types of programs. I was first "drawn" to Medjugorje in 2012. Not from Ireland but from the bottom of New Zealand. It was a painful undertaking for me and my fragile wife, involving 3 days of travel, much of that in the air. Many holdups along the way and a couple of minor miracles. It was an amazing experience, so much that we repeated the journey 2 years later. Medjugorje is so Catholic one feels completely at home there.
A few years ago I mentioned to our parish priest about the prophesies of Akita and how they had come to pass. Well, I got a blank look. For a priest in his 70's it was surprising to me that he had never hear of Akita and sister Agnes and her messages. The church has gone to some lengths to keep it quiet.

He still didn’t get me.
Then it occurred to me *he did not know* .

Most likely, it’s because of prior passers by (like us talking about Akita now), influencing the search algorithm but one can hope, maybe the google AI is not that satanic that it even denies Our Lady?

Envious, I would so love to go again but don't have the money. I have been to Medjugorje twice last year (together with my family) after my conversion to the Catholic church in 2011. The evening mass in Medjugorje was the only one broadcast in 2011 and watching this for an entire year every! single day converted me to become a Catholic and then my entire family, I am sure of it. Now I am much more drawn to the Latin mass but Medjugorje holds a very special place in my heart as the presence of our lady is palpable there. I have never felt such peace as in Medjugorje.
I remember back when they leveled our home parish to build a “ newer version “ my dad cried and when to the sight and gathered up a brick for each of his 7 children. I still have mine . I’ve carried it from place to place as we moved around during our military service. I went to Medjugorie in 1990, After a short prayer in apparition room, stood up, turned and nearly bumped into a "statue" of Mary frowning on me!! Hadn't found literature of messages, but Mary herself. 2 1/2 months of prayer & fasting explained the frowning. Thank you Mary of Medjugorie. You are for real.

I had been kneeling towards the MIDDLE of the room, probably where I should not have been - just a bit of space. As I stood up to go, turned on the spot, & before I could go further, thought I was about to bump into a statue. (FLOOR level, slightly shorter than myself.) My immediate thought was, "That wasn't there before." Then noticed the frown. No movement - just looked like a normal statue. I was so stunned by the frown, but it had to have been Mary in disguise to get her message through to me. Repentance had to be made by restoring love & affection to a close family member.(Some stupid psychologist had told another family member a long time before, that we should withhold love.) Praise be to Jesus all got restored.

My sister in law went to medjugorje 15 years ago. My aunt was there there at the same time. She walked up to her and said I feel like I am supposed to talk to you but I don’t know why. They did not know each other. Thewhole trip they kept running into each other. They exchanged contact info and left. My aunt kept thinking of my brother and how he might like the woman she met. She set them up although they lived 5 hours from each other. Well, the have now been married for 12 years and adopted a little boy after 3 tiny babies went back to God. I don't accept that we embarked on anything of the sort.
As a child I don't recall my parents or anyone else being asked for their input into any of these issues.

Hi. I have been going to Medugjorge since 1988. I feel when you mentioned that you felt called there that this is the way Our Blessed Mother calls each individual to come and experience the joy, peace, love etc that SHE has for you personally - it is only found in this village and the place which SHE wants to talk to your heart personally. When you mentioned MIR this word was seen written in the sky over Cross mountain back in the early 80’s however Our Mother almost continuously has called us to prayer, to pray. To pray with the heart - not the mind. Also my small piece of advice to you is this - spend one day on your own whilst there away from your group and stay at the blue Cross or climb Podbro or even Cross mountain - then and there you will find God and the reason for answering Mary’s call that SHE has placed in your heart. God bless you and enjoy the time with these people - it’s a unique call just for YOU. F🙏

The church where I was christened was sacked in the 60s. Painted white. Icons and art removed. A beautiful painting behind the altar of judgement day painted over, forever ruined. The iconoclasts that call for holiness to be removed and for tabernacles to be moved off to the side are villains and need to be named.
As a lay diocesan delegate, I vociferously fought against all proposals which went against catholic faith Teaching. Sad to say, fellow delegates and PPC members continuously railed against my position. More disturbingly, not ever did any priest present confirm my position re church teaching. Their silence came as a great shock to me..
I think the Vatican is the reason so many have fallen away from the church. Most of us can't travel far to find a traditional church, we attend whatever is available.
There are good And true Catholics (this channel is proof). The Armor in armor of GOD is knowledge. That is our strength. That’s why the Modernists and Freemasons have tried to remove the supernatural dimension of our surroundings and the true knowledge of our heritage. Pray that we continue to come together as the Children of the Light. Pray to our Blessed Mother, say not one rosary but all 3 (Glorious, Sorrowful, and Joyful). I think this was a slow detrimental decline for a long time. The split at Chalcedon over as we know now pointless semantics, the east west schism, the centralization of power into the Vatican (the bishop of Rome had the final word to unite the Church, but he was not supposed to be the micromanager of the Church), that churches in Japan looked like European churches violated the rule of the Apostles to not spread culture but only the faith (or else the Roman ride would look like a Jewish Synagogue worship with the Jewish hair cuts and so on). The decline was slow but real and Vat2 was the explosion of this.

I know, the beautiful art was destroyed and think of the people and generations who at great sacrifice built those churches. I have a Jewish friend who has been in awe of catholic sacred art. These treasures are for our inspiration to look toward God and glorify Him. Rich or poor can go to see the treasure of sacred art ,without charge. The poor cannot even enter a museum free of charge anymore. The greatest treasure of our faith is Jesus in the tabernacle. And most churches do not leave churches open on account of the outside desecration’s and attacks on the church.

In the states you can go into antique shops and find sacred art broken into pieces for decorative architectural elements to be repurposed in homes or businesses.And you might also walk into many Catholic Churches where the art is poorly done or poorly restored. It is so hard to watch. It is not much different than seeing a builder tear down mature trees because it is easier to not have to build around them .Years of growing and years in the making , the beauty is not to be seen in your own time again. As a woodwind instrument player I find more regular work in parishes that use more "contemporary" music but the rest of the liturgy is so agenda driven all the time, and that's what worries me. When I listen to this channel and similar ones I'm considering learning the tlm and finding an SSPX chapel just considering where everything seems to be headed. Our Lord Jesus Christ is not at peace with his enemies. He will never be, the martyrs have given their blood in their fight against false religions and opinions, so the peace that the world so much desires for today, can not be the peace of God, it can not be the peace of the Holy Spirit. Because that peace is built exclusively, on the fundament of the Gospel, and the law of God. There has never been such hatred for the law of God, among people, as today. Dear Lord, my heart is broken. I am so wanting to send this video to my family but I am already ostracised. My mother is currently ill, all my 4 siblings are here together and I am trying in the most sincere way for them to just come to one Latin Mass but they won't, one says, "I politely refuse." Kathy, the NO is not evil in itself. Many quite conventional priests do sacred masses, and people love and benefit from their masses. NO is not all rainbows and felt banners and guitar strumming. Lots of people enjoy listening to mass in their own language - maybe you need to let your family worship in their own way? Give them time, make sure they know they are welcome to accompany you to your parish, and just love them.
If they are willing to go to the NO that's a start. As long as it's said reverently and not sacrilegiously. Some people refuse to go to Mass if they can't get the Latin Mass and that's wrong.

The Bishop of Mostar and the Bosnian Bishops have stated that Catholics are not to go to Medjugorge as the Blessed Virgin Mary is not appearing there. This alleged apparitions are fraddlent
My father told me this years ago. To be honest I've not looked into it myself. It does seem generally that modern Catholics are really into Medjugore and more traditional Catholics only the approved apparitions.

I would highly advise that you do not make your trip to the Medjugori. The visions have not been approved by the local Bishop and The Visionaries have always been in disobedience to the bishop. This has never been the message nor the will of Mary. Whatever is visiting the Visionaries cannot be our Lady.
Make a trip to any other site. Make a retreat to a faithful parish, but do not venerate a lie like Medjuori.

If this was a real vision of Mary then please explain why the disobedience that the Visionaries show to their bishops? Why are there so many problematic visions that run counter to Church teaching? Why have the local bishops never approved them?

Father Edward A Murphy of Massachusetts saw the BVM on the hillside there as shown on the video Medjugorje a Christmas Story. I met him. You can see his testimony on MaryTV video.
My brother was called to the priesthood there by the BVM by voice. I saw a miracle there. Lots of healing testimonies have occurred there, I mean hundreds.

I have studied the subject in some detail. Though your tone and personal attack was saddening I will happily offer it up for the souls in purgatory.
Allow me to cite one example for you of the problematic "visions" and maybe you can explain it. The alleged "visionaries" told the crowd gathered that "Mary" told them that all religions were equal in G_D's eyes. This goes directly against Church teaching and Christ's own words. Is Mary, if this is our Lady and not a demon, teaching a new dogma?
I am not going to contradict your personal experiences because they are personal. Nor am I particularly interested in such personal revelation. Any Revelation I received on a personal nature is not important to anyone else except for me.

They say that the people that go to Medjugorje, are invited by the Blessed Virgin. So be happy that Mother Mary invited you to go.
This kinda reminds me of Genesis 11:4 “Come, let us build ourselves a city, and a tower whose top is in the heavens; let us make a name for ourselves” -NKJV. You are right about Akira, but you are being deceived about Medjugorje. However, you must decide for yourself.

There are good people everywhere. Good things happen at Medjugorje even though it goes against the truths of the Catholic faith. God brings good out of every evil. There are many videos available which tell the truth about Medjugorje. I would recommend that you watch them. God bless.

I also see Sr. Emmanuel. Now I don’t know all her values but from what she puts out on TH-cam she seems genuine and quite honestly, in this time of tribulations, *“safe”* ?
I have no means now, but she is definitely on my list of people I would like to meet, as in, when able, I’d go to Medjugore just to see her and talk to her in person.
Our holoyn Mother has been given a role by Her Son to save mankind. Wed be very foolish to ignore anything our Mother has said to us.
