SALT - ½ TSP
CURD/ YOGURT - ½ CUP
DESICCATED COCONUT - ¼ CUP
ENO FRUIT SALT - 1 TSP (5 GM)
CAPSICUM (FINELY CHOPPED)
TOMATO (FINELY CHOPPED)
ONION (FINELY CHOPPED)
CARROT (FINELY CHOPPED)
GREEN CHILLI (FINELY CHOPPED)
CORIANDER LEAVES (CHOPPED)
---- COCONUT CHUTNEY ----
EDIBLE OIL - 1 TSP + 1 TABLE SPOON
PEANUTS - ¼ CUP
DESICCATED COCONUT - ¼ CUP
GREEN CHILLI - 2, CHOPPED
GINGER PASTE - 1 TSP
TAMARIND - 1 TSP
SALT - ½ TSP
URAD DAL (SPLIT BLACK GRAM) - 1 TSP
BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS - 1 TSP
DRIED RED CHILLI - 1, WHOLE
CURRY LEAF - 5 TO 7 LEAVES
