- When an Israeli soldier read Isaiah 53 in Hebrew he said "It's Jesus". Many Jewish people come to faith in Jesus as the prophesied Jewish Messiah and Savior of the world just by reading Isaiah 53 from the Old Testament.

Shalom, I am a Jewish person that came to (Yeshua) Jesus. I did not come to Jesus as (Ha'Mashiach)Messiah by force, I came to Him by love, mercy and grace. When I noticed that Christians not only loved me, but respected my heritage, my history and myself as a person, I noticed they were not passing to me a new religion, they were giving me back my own faith in the hands of love.
Amen! The ONLY way one can accept our Lord & Savior Jesus is through love! And then, only after the Holy Spirit has revealed himself to that person.

I hope and pray our Jewish brother in arms accepts Jesus. A couple of more centimeters to the right for me as well and the bullet spray would have gone through me and my buddy. We could see the impacts of the bullets in the ground "walking" towards us. Jesus intervened more than once in my life.

We are no better than the Jewish people - we all need Christ for salvation. They are back in the land as prophesied over 2,000 years ago, and they will recognize their Messiah during the great Tribulation. The church is also important - we are the Bride of Christ, and this includes many Jewish people who have come to know Jesus.
Put aside your pride and study Scripture thoroughly! You are greatly deceived, and it is an insult to God to reject the Jews as His people.
The Jews did NOT kill Christ. He says in Scripture that He laid down His life willingly as a payment for sin. YOU killed Christ, as did I. Our sins killed Him. Yet He died for us that we might be reconciled to God. Make no mistake, you would have done the same if you had been there that day.

The final payment for the world's sins was made!
The wages of sin was death, and Christ died that death for our sins, making the way clear for us to be saved. Now after believing that He died for our sins, was buried and has risen, Ephesians 1:13 assures us that we were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise. Meaning we never have to worry about our salvation again.
You have tried all the gimmicks. You've jumped through all the hoops. You've gotten fairly good at doing spiritual gymnastics, but have you ever just tried resting? Resting in Christ and His finished work?
Regardless of what the evangelicals and denominational churches tell us, the gospel is not repent and be baptized for the remission of sins. (Acts 2:38)
It is not keeping the commandments and selling all your possessions (Matthew 19:16-21.)
It is not he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved (Matthew 24:13.)
The gospel of your salvation is: "Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel... By which also ye are saved,... how that Christ died for our sins... he was buried, and that he rose again the third day..."
The word "gospel" means GOOD NEWS. And the good news of how God was "in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them;" has been overshadowed by the "Gospel Buffet" for far too long!
It's time you ignore the buffet table and rest in this good news.

Men have always known God as a tool of fiction & nothing fails like prayers in a children's hospital. How is it possibly ethical to suggest the equivalent of a notion we all travel with one foot in a stranger's fantasyland, using fictional vocabulary: prophecy, prayer, etc.? Moses: World's worst navigator leads everyone following as if one travels best with one foot in The Garden of Eden.
Believers mindlessly suggest it is a good idea for us to suspend our disbelief, granting God made Mormons so Christians would know how Jews feel. Jesus Christ says faith is worthless as a mustard seed when it comes to telling mountains to move with expectations of obedience. The Christian gospels have a joke called the zombie apocalypse and they are played to embarrassment about it now. The gospels have given us the new Jews, but this one gives guidance to eat the body & drink the blood, which is abhorrent, this is what comes of putting the new wine of Christ into an old Jew wineskin. Atwill rests upon great shoulders & now we know the joke. Jesus says, think not I come with peace, but sword, & list more horrors of The Teacher. What makes you think your faith is respectable?

*Seven examples of the crucifixion being typologically foreshadowed in the Bible:*
1.
*Ex 17,8-16:* Moses has to wear his staff upon a hill and take there the position of a crucified man to save his people from their enemies. To his right and to his left was a man holding his arm. Jesus has worn the cross upon golgatha and was crucified, to save His people from their sins. Two men were crucified with Him, one to his right and one to His left.

*Ezk 9,4-6;* Gods judgement comes over Jerusalem. But all those who have the cross on their foreheads (the paleo-hebrew tav) will be save. A mark, with the same function as the blood of the lamb on the doorframe in egypt. You are save because someone else died in your place.

*Num 21,4-9:* The Israelites sinned against God, so that He sent serpents as a punishment. Many of them died and asked for forgiveness. So God told them to build a branzen serpent and put it on a pole, and whoever look at it was saved.
Explanation: Our sins (serpents) will bring us death. But the believe (look) in the Messiah, who took our sins on Himself (serpent) on the cross (pole) will save us.

*The fruit of the tree of life, in the garden of Eden, gives eternal life* (Gen 3,22) *and was guarded by two Cherubims* (Gen 3,24).
*Jesus is the fruit* (Lk 1,41-42) *that was hanged on a tree* (Acts 5,30) *and whoever will eat His flesh, will get eternal life* (John 6,54). *He was laid in a garden* (John 19,41) *and the garden was guarded by two Angels* (John 20,11-12).
*God testified to His choosen high priest by bringing the dead tree back to life, which was then laid in the arc of the covenant, with two cherubim on top of it* (Num 17,16-26). *The Messiah is portrayed as a tree that comes back to life* (Isa 11,1) *namely the branch* (Isa 11,10), *the highpriest Joshua* (latin: Jesus. Zech 3,8-9), *the Messiah* (Jer 23,5), *who dies for the sins of others* (Isa 53,2 ff).

*Joseph interpretates the dreams of the two prisoners: One of them will be hanged on a tree after three days* (Gen 40,19). *The other will be restored in his position after three days* (Gen 40,13). *Jesus was hanged on a wooden cross and restored back to life and heavenly position after three days.*

*Joseph was sent by his father to his brothers* (Gen 37,13-14). *Jesus was sent by His Father to Israel* (Mt 21,37-38). *Both were stripped of their coat.* (Gen 37,23 / John 19,23) *and the coat was dipped in blood.* (Gen 37,31 / Rev 19,13) *Both were sold by one of the 12 named Judah (Greek: ‘Judas’).* (Gen 37,26-27 / Mt 26,15; 27,9) *Joseph was apparently put to death,* (Gen 37,18-28) *and Jesus truly, by their own people to get them out of the way* (Acts 2,22-23). *Joseph was sold as a slave to Egypt* (Gen 37,26-28). *Jesus was betrayed for the price of a slave and handed over to the gentiles* (Mt 26,15). *An animal was killed instead of Joseph* (Gen 37,31). *Jesus, the lamb of God, died in our place* (John 1,29). *Joseph was tempted day after day and resisted* (Gen 39,10). *Jesus was tempted 40 days by the devil and resisted* (Mk 1,13). *Both were falsely accused* (Gen 39,11-20 / Mt 26,59-61) *and punished for someone else's sins* (Gen 39,20 / Mt 27,35).
*The king of Egypt appointed Joseph to be the sole source of life for all* (Gen 41,55-57). *God, the Father, appointed Jesus to be our sole source of eternal life* (Acts 4,12). *Joseph’s brothers did not recognize him* (Gen 42,7-8). *Jesus’ own people didn’t either* (John 1,10). *Joseph was revealed to his brothers at their second coming* (Gen 45,1-5). *Jesus to be revealed to Israel at His second coming* (Mt 24,30-31; Rev 1,7).
There are many more similarities between Joseph and Jesus.

*The Binding of Isaac*
*God ordered Abraham to offer his son Isaac as a sacrifice and He calls Isaac the "only Son"* (Gen 22,2) *despite the fact that Abraham had another Son, Ishmael.*
*God also has many sons, for example the angels, but He has an "only Son", Jesus, which is the Son of God in a unique way* (John 3,16).
*Abraham took his son Isaac and laid the wood upon him* (Gen 22,6), *and Isaac carried the wood on the mount in the land of Moriah* (Gen 22,2), *and then Isaac was laid upon the wood to get sacrificed* (Gen 22,9).
*The romans laid the wooden cross upon Jesus and He had to carry it as He walked upon the mount in the land of Moriah* (Lk 23,26), *and they laid Him on the cross and crucified Him.*
*The land of Moriah was later called Jerusalem, and Moriah became the temple mountain* (2. Chr. 3,1). *But the binding of Isaac was not on the mount Moriah itself, but on a mount in the land of Moriah* (Gen 22,2), *maybe Golgatha, where Jesus was crucified over 2000 years later.*
*Isaac asked his father: "where is the lamb for a burnt offering?" And Abraham said: "My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering."* (Gen 22,7-8)
*Then after God stopped Abraham before he sacrificed his son, God gave a ram and they sacrificed the ram instead of Isaac* (Gen 22,13).
*Jesus is the lamb of God* (John 1,29), *that was given by God as a sacrifice. Jesus laid down His life and took the punishment we deserve, in our place. He died instead of us, so that we can have the eternal life* (John 3,16).
*The ram was caught in a thicket by his horns* (Gen 22,13).
*They platted a crown of thorns and put it upon the head of Jesus* (Mt 27,29).
*Abraham called the place "Jehovahjireh", that is, "The Lord will provide"* (Gen 22,14). *Abraham acknowledges he was enacting a prophecy of something God Himself would provide in the future. The story tells us what will be provided: the only son.*
They are His chosen. Always have been always will be. God didn't change His mind

I am a pilipino, working in israel, sometimes i shared Jesus to the family i worked, through tanak were Jesus was prophesied, like zechariah 12:10, proverbes 30:4 spalm 2, micah 5:2 until now they ignored what was written in the old testament, due to mentally when they accept Jesus migth they will loose the jewish identity, but the truth is tbey will be more jewish not only by blood but more in Spiritual! Im not loosing hope sharing Jesus to jewish people or to anyone! I do believe personaly Jesus is the same yesterday today and forever He love's all people i praying that the family im working they will have visitation and salvation will come in the family i work and every people heard the Gospel! Birth/Life - As Moses had to escape infanticide, and was made to return to his land, and as Moses turned water to blood as his first sign and commanded the sea and fed many in the wilderness, so was Jesus, and as Moses established the memorial of the slain lamb to remember their deliverance, so was Jesus.

Ministry begins in Galilee (Isa9:1); Will heal the blind, deaf, lame and raise the dead (Isa35:5); Will teach the people using parables (Ps78:2); enter Jerusalem on a donkey (Zec9:9); usher in a new covenant (Jer31:31)
Crucifixion - As Joseph was betrayed and sold by his own and later was exalted, so was Jesus. As Moses lifted up the bronze serpent so that those who look to it are saved, so was Jesus. As Psalm 22 & Isaiah 53 describe crucifixion and as the Passover lamb which was to be eaten and its blood on the door saved them and as the sacrificial lamb symbolized the atoning for sins, so was Jesus. As the high Priest in the tabernacle sprinkles the blood of the sacrifice on the golden mercy seat in the holy of holies, so was Jesus.

Resurrection - As Jonah spent three days and three nights in the belly of a great fish, so was Jesus' resurrection from the dead on the third day. As Issac was to be sacrificed on the third day and was delivered from death, so was Jesus.

You say your Messiah taught you love. I do not believe in such contradictions as the New Testament is full of. Try for yourself to compare David Ha-melech with Jesus' statements. Does not work. Jesus says pray for those who curse you? David Ha-Melek says to utterly destroy your enemies i.e. No prayer for them. Which one is from God?

I believe God loves us all, and he wouldn't want any of us to perish for lack of wisdom. God isnt limited to the tradition of the elders nor to the Holy scripture alone. If you truly want to know if Jesus is the way , the truth and the life . Just pray to God who has all the answers and ask him and he will tell you. I almost feel the emotions of Sa'ar.
It makes me almost cry.

So thankful that God keep Him safe.
