The devs are working on stuff that actually changes how the game is played, like game modes, maps, weapons and new enemy types. Horde mode doesn't change shit it's just the end of some levels but fixed to one location....you pretty much get horde mode on every map.
Ultramarine champion skin on heavy was iffy it should've been for all classes, they got the dark angel champion skin on bulwark cause that made sense, but now they just went overboard just because the sniper has a cloak doesn't mean it fits the salamander look tactical, should've had the salamander champion skin at this point for all the classes unique champion skins and future champion skins
I mean...I 100% agree with you. THEY COULD MAKE AN ASSAULT salamander skin with a big ass hammer as a tribute to Vulkan. Or a heavy skin with the big melta. Or hell even a tactical skin with the melta. They picked THE only class that makes no bloody sence.

That blog post was sad where are new weapons for melee and range not just the one we’re going to get but like the heavy flamer assault pistol power axe chain axe which are in the mod already so if the mod does better then the base game you’ve gotta step it up on a major level or the game dies. Then the bugs that aren’t fixed since 5.0/5.1 need high priority fixes now because control inputs still don’t work plus the prestige system must already be in the game cuz levels are being reset to level 1 on all classes now as well.

Encountered a bug where I’ll lost all my armor and weapons on every character but not my levels, reached out to support about it they said they can’t do anything. How can you have such a game ruining bug and say too bad? Hundreds of hours gone just like that.

I think the content output for this game is honestly way too slow for a +5 Million copy title. I'm not asking for massive updates every week. But maybe add smaller updates like, extra armor customization / Helmet Variants ( No Deathwing Mk VIII) Weapon coloring, Cloth Coloring, More chapter Icons ( ON BOTH PAULDRONS ) Saber seems to have this weird non-existing weight that restricts them from doing anything exciting. They shoot down so many fun and often requested ideas. Like, You're telling me you can't make a new fkn Melee weapon in less than 6 months? Some classes are so incredibly 1 dimensional and lacks any nuance. Darktide is amazing in this regard, 4 classes, but each class can be carved out JUST the way you'd like. Many weapons, perks, skills to set you apart from other with the same exact class. Then you have SM2, plz tell me what the difference is between every Bulwark player? In Darktide you get access to 30 perk options, while in SM2 you have 9......... And some of the Perks in SM2 are down right dogshit. '' WOOW MY PISTOL RELOADS AFTER A GROUND POUND ON ASSULT'' It's not like it takes 0,5 sec to reload normally O___o Hopefully the new prestige system will fix this problem a little bit. But we'll see.

Well, if Caber's decision to make a sniper the Salamander Champion alarmed even the Reddit Marines, then it's definitely indicative that they screwed up... And you know what else? 1. In the name of the merciful God, why was a sniper bolt rifle chosen as the champion's weapon? It's unplayable , they couldn't have chosen a human Fusion? 2. Let's be honest, why did it happen that in the game the ONLY CANONICAL skins that outwardly correspond to their rank according to the Codex Astartes are the champions' paywall skins? Like, I tried to put something together, even from Ultrasoups, not to mention other chapters, it's beyond words how bad it is, it's a complete clown show. Where is the vaunted customization??? 3. So they added a "new DA chapter" in the game, and what can I do? It doesn't even have all the armor pieces! Not even all the honor badges. There's a Deathwing insignia, but what's the point if Deathwing are veterans in TERMINATOR armor? 4. The Ultrasmurf Champion is not only a Heavy class for some inadequate trolling reason (although that's understandable since Ultramarines like to wear the Mark 10 Gravis model), but he's also from the 4th COMPANY, guys! Halting the progress of the level to find and pop a few spots and stand ground for a moment, just wasting time fighting enemies on a boring elevated platform, the Hierophant may even have also been cut content because in the campaign we defended an area to have a cinematic gun fight a hive ship. Maybe before we abandonded the planet we would've gotten to go there as Titus. But it was cut. Not as blatant as obelisk, but consider it next time consider praising the operation lol

But it's funny that Saber are all celebratory over the post launch stuff, but we can reasonably guess that both of those operations were cut content updated for post launch, the cosmetics were ready months ago, and the one new functional bit of content being the Volkite is the worst gun in the game. When the bubble bursts and people wake up to how fucking bad things are, I hope it'll be enough for Saber to just hire the modders to make updates. Maybe they'll do a Helldivers and try to fix things.
