    Since gauges are so cheap, you should get one with a larger psi range since your current gauge looks maxed at 30. It would be better to use that one to monitor the pressure post-regulator, near the drip tape, since you're expecting 15 psi and that one measures up to 30psi.

    • @HomegrownPassion
      @HomegrownPassion 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      good tip. I'm just watching to see a pressure drop but a higher PSI gauge would be helpful. Thank you

    I would be interested in how you use the timer on the hoop house for the nutrient solutions. Does the pump on the tank come on at the same time? If so how is that wired? I'm talking about the finished solution after it's been mixed. I have a tank with the mixed solution and the pump is 110, and the sprinkler is 12V.

    I'm confused a bit about line 2 for tomatoes and peppers as those run higher EC than strawberries. In addition Yamazaki (assumption) has less K. Curious as to how you'll end up hooking it together.

    • @HomegrownPassion
      @HomegrownPassion 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      So should have mentioned that we are going to be top dressing the tomatoes to bring up EC to fix number. We think we have a plan to make it work but our main tomato crop is in Bato buckets inside the greenhouse. These are just paste tomatoes for the family.

    • @HomegrownPassion
      @HomegrownPassion 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Should we be? Hydroponic the medium is coconut-peat no need to mulch for water retention or weed suppression. Is there another reason to in this environment?
