I watched your tutorial and follow your other videos as well. I'm primarily into Full-On Psytrance, but I've also produced Darkpsy and Psycore. I'd like to share some tips and constructive criticism with you. Generally, Darkpsy has a higher BPM, ranging from 150 to 200 BPM. Your track could fit more into the Progressive Dark genre as it’s slower at 138 BPM. Also, in Dark Psytrance, we usually fill only 3 notes per 4x4 bar, not 4. Typically, the kick hits on the first beat, and the other 3 beats are for the bass. The bassline in Dark Psytrance is also usually pitched lower, for example, around C1 or C0, making it very dry and powerful. You then mix and strengthen the bassline to make it punchy and potent. Dark Psytrance incorporates more dark and eerie elements. I recommend listening to tracks from the High BPM channel to get a better sense of these elements. Three great Dark Psy artists to check out are Necropsycho, Silent Enemy, and Deejoker. Overall, your tutorial is great, and you're on the right path! These are just my thoughts on how you could align your track more with traditional Dark Psytrance characteristics. Keep up the good work!
Thank you , this is so cool. Great guide!
