I finally understand this clock. You tap the top to temporarily show the display and activate the color changing leds. They are NOT suppose to stay changing.
I just bought this. The one i purchased only slightly varies from the one in this video. It has no AC port, does not use the button batteries, and only takes three AA batteries. The only issue I am having is that the day and date don't match. For example, I set the date for today of 10/23, which is a Monday. The clock has 10/23 as a Saturday. I have no idea how to fix this other than placing tape over the displayed day.
After only one thing you forgot to say sir you could also use that clock for a travel clock later on down the road. But my question is so how do you turn the display off so it doesn't drain the batteries out?
Thanks for the review. I'm trying to figure out how to change the temp from C to F and I can't figure it out. I also can't figure out how to keep it on a single color instead of cycling. Any ideas?
I just figured out how to change the temp unit, just press the down button and it switches from C to F. I still can't figure out how to change the lighting to stay on one color.
What's the difference between the demo and on setting, both seem to turn the light on for infinity? Ours is re-badged as a kids night light but it only comes on for 10secs or forever. If it timed out after 30mins or an hour it would be prefect.
You can switch it to a 12-hour clock mode by pressing the 'Up' when it is normally showing the time. You will know it is in 12-hour mode when the 'pm' symbol appears. Hope that helps. Any other questions?
To turn the alarm off, press 'Al' to first go into the alarm mode, then to turn it off press 'Up', you can press it again and you can basically cycle through on and off. You will know it's off if you can't see the bell icon. To switch back to normal time showing mode, press 'Al' again. Hope that helps!

If you search up 4.5v~6v adapters it never shows any uk plugs though so you have to search up for a universal usb adapter which is annoying because then you have to buy that, plus the ac adapter.

Click the 'Al' button when it's in the normal showing time state, which will go to Alarm time mode. You can tell it's in alarm mode if the two dots between the time isn't pulsating or flickering. To set, press 'set' and then you can set the time the alarm will go off, you can do this by using pressing 'Up' or 'Down' under the clock, this will change the hour, press 'set' again to then change the minute. Then press 'set' again this will allow you to set the time for a snooze, which will basically ring the alarm again after the time you set it. You can set from 0-60 minutes after the alarm. Then press 'set' again to choose the alarm music, that will wake you up. You can choose the tune for 1-6 types of tunes, which you can choose by pressing 'up' and 'down'. Finally, press 'set' one last time to exit adjusting the alarm time mode. Now to switch the alarm on or off press the 'Up' button when you are in the alarm mode and press 'down' to either turn the snooze time or Now, if you can see the bell, you know the alarm is on! To switch back to normal time showing mode, press 'Al'. Both the alarm and snooze will ring for one minute.

Since the clock has separate batteries for time and the light. Either your clock batteries are dead or position incorrectly. You can see the button if you unscrew the tiny screw and open the battery compartment, the small button cell battery controls the time, I think they are a 1.5V LR44 Button cell battery, you can buy a pair and replace them. Hope that helps! 😀
