I love the new (classic) setup, and I agree the results will pop more with modern sets. On that bases loaded Hubbard ground ball, Rule 20.5 (in my book) says with a runner on third, always consider the pitcher to be playing in on a gb A, B or C. So that lead runner would have been out at the plate. Also: fly ball B? readings only come into play if the runner is on third base. You were thinking of fly (rf) B readings without the question mark.
I can't believe Strat-O-Matic would assume that a pitcher would throw to second base instead of home plate when fielding a grounder with the bases loaded. That's a clear miscue within their rules.
JTDutch it isn't in their rules to do that. On a groundball A, B, or C, as long as a runner is on 3rd base the pitcher is considered playing in. It is in rule 20.5
I like the simple setup. Cards show up nicely, good game!

@marks.8969 thanks. I will note those 2 rules for future games
@@BaseballDemosit got a little blurry in the late innings but I think that was a camera issue
This should be your setup all the time... clean and simple... so much better.
Baseball Demos/David. That was an excellent game with your excellent play-by-play as usual. Thanks for the game and video.
