    Yes I love that you mentioned not to think about how dreadful working out can be, I love making my workouts fun and have noticed such a big difference! Low calorie snacks is such a good idea, ahh rice cakes are my favorite, I love eating them with almond butter and bananas!

    I just started working out more consistently and mixing it up from gym workouts to an outdoor activity has definitely helped. Thanks for the reminder to drink more water!

    YES girl, I love this! I actually started doing intermittent fasting again a few weeks ago to help me drop a few pounds now that summer is rolling around and so far I’ve been seeing pretty good results! I also love having a green everyday.. I totally need to try making my own instead of buying them!

    These are great tips! I’m thinking of getting an Apple Watch myself, I love running and then adding other workouts that been really great for me. I love the tips me tricks, sometimes it really is all mental I always try to tell myself do at least 30 mins I always feel better after, it’s hard some days lol but it works haha. Thank you for this! Also you look beautiful 😍
