Yes there was some nice stuff. I'm traveling light nowadays, not trying to acquire a lot of stuff, but there were some tempting things last week. The green item seemed a little small for wine, but was something like that. Radio tuner didn't work so that was a bit of a bust 🙁
Wow another winner . Now you both need good bike locks. Bicycle theft in Krakòw is huge. Will you do your Saturday shopping on your bikes from now on ? Has the bridge joining Podgòrze ( from Krakowska str) bicycle lines or do you go via Kładka Bernatka.
Parsley Market is so close we won’t use bikes I think. We go across the Krakowska str bridge usually, but looking forward to using the other side of Bernatka 🙂 We did ride over to Kazimierz mall. I’m looking forward to riding by the river and around Planty. This was a hard vid to do as my camera had a meltdown half way around - made the filming shaky - so I’m happy people seem to like it. I’m waiting for the experts to tell me what to buy at the flea mkt!

With flea markets can be fakes of course for sale Can only tell you that the best cutlery (UK Sheffield steel cutlery) Polish one is called Gerlach - written in special way with a slight squiggle.. Sets of desserts spoons or forks in the cases ( for the cakes and pastries) were very popular for the wedding presents in the 60 & 70 ,sold in Jewellery shops in Poland. Only silver coated, have a look at dinner cutlery. In Poland there is no such things as soup spoons ( shape) . Step in to few antique shops in the Centre - to train your eye ....( one was in Rynek linia AB) ... another passing Mariacki church on Mikołajska Str. Have a look at classy stuff ( plates porcelane) and markings . There is also interesting antique shop in Gołębia Str ( of Bracka Str) next to a really nice restaurant -hope is open ?) called Paul's Place (Irish flag above it) China in Polish is porcelane, porcelane in Polish is fajans. Im partial to cup of tea in a nice china antigue mug .
The only antiques I ever made a profit with were the radios! I just tend to buy the stuff I find interesting, not likely to be appearing on Antiques Roadshow anytime soon🙂
What kind of prices are they asking for bikes if you don't mind asking there at Hala Targowa?? I was thinking about buying a bike when I come to Krakow.

They really varied from 150 to 1000 zl and everything in between and quality from basic to very good. Choice was like 6-8 bikes each time.
