Le Pork Bistek (CwB #9)

What's up guys in today's video Im going to make one of my comfort foods 'pork bistek'. another must try recipe perfrect for family dinner and is not expensive at all. I hope you all enjoy this and find it helpful, have a beautiful day.
Recipe:
-1/2kg pork
-1 large onion
-3 small garlic cloves
-14 calamansi (more or less depends on you)
-a touch of black pepper and brandy
(you can also skip wine and just add stock)
-1/2 cup soy sauce
-1 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
-1/2 tbsp onion powder
