We’ve gone from viera and Petit in the middle, Adams and Keown at the back, to Xhaka and Torreira in the middle, David Luiz and Sokratis at the back in just 22 years, who’d have thought it!
Do you ever think we will be league winners again ? I’m finding it hard to keep faith with the club, year after year slowly getting further and further away from top spot, owners clearly don’t care about on pitch success .... sad times
most clubs do... but times have changes... We sold Anelka to build a training ground now Leicster have built a state of the art ground through ownership. (sad how we let money in)

I was 27 at the time. I’d never seen Arsenal play with such confidence on their run in. A scouser mate bought me a pint when I entered the local pub. Tony Adams goal at the end summed up that season perfectly. Happy days😁
