Then talk like this eg .. let us discuss ,let us talk about... or ask a straight question to patient at the end of previous conversation, do u have any idea about the treatment for this...do u like to get more details about the surgery? ...do u have any information about insuln therapy? They will answer .then u can start ...in details.. Let me explain about insulin therapy. ...Regarding medical management/ . How to get a permanent recovery is.......only a surgery. Appendectomy. .. that's okie to jump to next topic. No worries. Sometime, the examiner will hind and direct u directly to the topic. Eg. Is antibiotic therapy really needed?

I did in abudhabi. All same no difference. Its all about our performance. U must be not cold type, active , smart and energetic.after comes you sentences. Avoid monotonous talk. Reduce mannerisms and influence of slangs and abnormal sounds like .mmm ahhha like this. No need speedy .but clear ,fluent and grammer. Use simple sentences
