Thanks I am both excited and nervous for this new role. Lot of mixed reactions about bank PO job from employees. Would you please make a video about how is work culture, work load etc. at UBI. And If possible please tell us about targets and brief us with the actual work of PO.
Note : If you take leased accommodation, you will not get HRA component in your salary. Also 90000 is not salary, it is kind of your CTC for a month. It is a bit misleading if you call it your salary.
Bank job is favorable for girls..enjoy ....boys ko extra hours extra pressure+ posting always in unfavorable locations...i have a sister cousin from up ...she got posting in up only ..it never happens for boys
Allowances do matter a lot especially when you are posted in a metro city where house rent in so expensive and bank pays your rent upto 15-22k. It means a lot.
Aur konsi job hai itni salary wali? Basic degree k dum pe 15k per month job mil rahi hai muje..us se to Ghar nahi chalega....koi aur job hai to batao please

Karishma Good job But small rectifications i would like to suggest u from thia video No 1 . You are taking HRA in your salary slip. So when u take HRA you are not eligible for quarter. So u can't add that again. No 2. When you show some allowances as annually you have to convert into monthly and you need to add to salary. But inadvertently you have taken the entire amount for calculation. All the best. You are doing a good job. Keep going
Aaj hi ibps po ka result aaya. And I am in. I got CBI. and after watching 15-20 videos of pay slips. I can say that special allowance is 16.4% of basic salary. Yeh kya hai aur kyu hai vo nei pata😂
