well, first of all, depression is temporary. i've had a personal long hard past w/ depression myself. but finding a hobby, going to the gym, and focusing on my lifestyle really helped me, and its more efficient if you keep it consistent. i've also personally starting going to church, and believing in someone that'll take all my mortal worries away! my best advice is to just better efficiently work on your lifestyle. make some friends in the real world! thats just a little part of my life though. thank you for the support! i hope things get better for you, my man! ♥️✌️
10 months later i have recovered from depression and im still pretty sad about my friend but all i really do now is laugh without no reason, church also helped me, thanks man i wish you the best with ur personal life
