Can you please explain this to me, i didnt got that part: when you are buying the first low cost skins, did you bought every skin for the same weapon? or you bought different skins for different weapons? like in the video, you spent every cent buying the ssgs skins?
same collection, i think tradeups work like 10% chance per item (for the collection) thats why super expensive tradeups are super risky because they usually use filler skins. 9 fillers 1 main skin, you only have a 10% chance to get a skin from that collection, and if theres multiple skins in that rarity it makes the chances even slimmer, correct me if im wrong though
man I do wish that I found this video earlier, because the tradeup for the P2000 Amber fade using the mil spec grades (FT) have now an average flot of 3.0 - 3.5 these days which makes it a -$1 profit, I do wish you make videos more of these because I subbed and turned on notifications to get updated at Trade up minimal loss to no loss contracts
I think this is really good but are you able to make a more clear video of step 2/3? I think that's what's causing most of us to be confused - what exactly do you sell and buy and how before trading
Hey - great vid bruv. Got a question since I'm pretty new with this Market thing, trade-up's, etc... I'm watching this vid 2 months after you released it - should I ensure that the market situation is still similar / the same? Meaning - if these trade ups are still at same or similar profitability level? If yes - how to check it best? Many thanks!
the small tradeups with low floats are a pain in the ass, even if you setup your buy orders right you still loose a bunch of money from just reselling and loosing th 5% to steam
U do realise, he started with like nothing, used the profit of each trade up to continue upgrading the tradeups.. so u buy the tradeup skins and then tradeup better skins, continue going... @JewishNoble
@@TechsavvyScientist But like it will take weeks to make your way up to a knife right ? and btw are tradeups from this vid still valid or the market has changed
@Fezu it will probably take months. Most of them are probably still profitable, but the prices have changed so just double check that theyre still good at todays prices
1:27 boy how have the prices changed... each trade-up now costs 20 cents less but now the profits are 45c and 28c instead of 71c and 48c... and the losses are all above 17c
I’m confused, when you go to a different trade up and get the guns you need for the trade up the money doesn’t come out of your profit, is this something I’m missing or is the video just wrong.
its gonna take some time, no doubt in that if you are gonna use the buy order strategy for cheaper, it may take a week extra or so. selling them for their normal price is gonna take some time, unless you quick sell. for enough to buy a knife, assuming you whould want it to be cheaper, makes it take ~4 - 6 weeks for a knife. will obviously take longer for better knives
If you get lucky each week you can get around 1.2$ free items by leveling up, and in second step he said buy 10 of each skins for 0.12$. which means 1.2$ for each weapon type. For example 10 listing for 4 different weapon types needs 1 month. Then he said sell those skins which have float rate above than 0.214 i guess. Which leaves you with 10 skins if you are lucky, if not then 1 or 2 more weeks. Then you can do your first low risk trade up.
Now that you made your first tradeup, if made profit you can do this trade again since you have money to buy the same skins again and do the trade up one more time, and if you are unlucky and lose money, you wait another week for 1.2$ that game gives you
Am I misunderstanding something? We need to get 10 skins with a float value below 0.24, but in the trade-up, only 0.214 and below works for us. So why are we getting skins below 0.24? I ended up getting 10 skins with floats between 0.22 and 0.23, but I couldn't use any of them because none were below 0.214.
The average has to be below 0.214, and since youre gonna get 0.16s and 0.18s and lower floats too i found that keeping everything under 0.24 is a good mix. Of course if you get unlucky you cant do the trade up, seems like this happened to you. Better luck next time with the buy orders
I couldn't understand that how am I supposed to do that much trade ups? You said that we only start with 1.5$ but you kept doing tens of tradeups? Do you sell the outcome after each tradeup? If so, how am I supposed to be in profit with all those steam cuts?
In the trade you at 06:10 why did you use others skins then StatTrak™ MP5-SD | Kitbash, do i need to pick skins same as you or I can do it with just 10 StatTrak™ MP5-SD | Kitbash. Please response fast and thank youu

You can NOT do this. I was looking for the right skin to trade up for days, and there is basically no skin what will be profitable. When you finally find ONE type of skin what worth trade up then you won't find the good float ones. Please say I'm wrong and link me a profitable trade.

This vid actually helped me better with tradeups, made it easier and faster, the only problem I have now is the skin floats I need🤣
i mean thats the main issue
yeah the floats are always hard
