This past journey near my hometown in Punjab has been more than just a trip-it’s been a soulful reconnection with my roots. Visiting familiar places, surrounded by family, reminded me how much love and warmth I have in my life, even when the path ahead seems difficult. The hugs, smiles, and shared memories gave me reasons to smile again, bringing me closer to my truest self.
It was a solo trip this time, as Jaydon was at school, but this alone time allowed me to reflect deeply. Without distractions, I could gather my thoughts, process my emotions, and collect myself, preparing for everything that life holds for me. It was healing in ways I never expected, a gentle reminder of who I am and where I come from.
This travel vlog MY SOUL IN MY SUITCASE, is not just a project; it’s a tool for my recovery. Every interaction, every stop along the way, has filled my heart with the love and support of those around me. I’m incredibly grateful to my family and friends who have stepped up and surrounded me with warmth. The journey continues, but with each step, I’m stronger and more ready, smiling along the way.

And thankyou for bringing that typical Punjabi feel in it girl...that chaa in the glass and langar...eating roti with rajma...you shared a very important info about eating roti the right way...maza aa gaya...also emotions..heaviness...its a long path...but once you kickstarted the journey..you will reach there too..its not about the destination..thats not one point...that you will heal on that specific day or date or place...

Healing definitely takes a lot of time. It is not that easy. But once you are healed there is no turning back, believe me. I am also very strong but life keeps breaking me. I am just moving on with the support of my bestest parents and family. I feel when you go through divorce or any such painful things, you should start treating life as golden opportunity to spend more time with those who genuinely loves you, care about you. I feel blessed that i got some more time to spend with my parents which is bit difficult for girls. Wish you the strength and all the happiness.. All my love to you.

What I found realistic is that she's not in the state of denial ki Haan aisa kuch nehi hain sab sahi hain I have moved on etc. She has shown her vulnerability and is ready to accept and go through the healing process. This is such a human quality that she has shown when she says how to forget how to move on.
