No sir. I am Frome Nepal and only 2month come in Kuwait so that's region tkanku ..........
Liquid refrigerant must be fill at the discharge line sir, cause not good for the compressor if you fill at the suction line.filling the liquid first time when unit is off.
Good if you put another charging line at the discharge line and use double scale LP+HP that is for better measuring pressure.
Adding refrigerant to suction line when compressor ON with gas.

Dear sir, during charging the Refrigerant from discharge line is very difficult because the pressure at discharge line is higher than the pressure in Refrigerant cylinder...if we will connect cylinder with discharge line of the unit, the Refrigerant will flow from the discharge line towards the cylinder....

Glass top deep freezer gas 404a but we replaced condencer with small one now. Condenser may be 5 to 6 ft only Is that effect the cooling propertyS? Pleas replay

If you will decrease condenser size then refrigerant can't be subcooled well,
And cooling effect will be decrease
For -40 temp only liquid refrigerant has to be charged or vapor will also have to be charged??
It should be charged in liquid state for best results

Dear, all the blends refrigerants which are the mixture of two or more than two refrigerants should be charged in liquid for accurate ratio of each particular refrigerant.
Yes liquid can be dangerous, but should be charged slowly.

What is your required temp in evaporator coil,
Suction pressure depends upon the evaporating required temp.
Also depends on application type.
sir, what is the suction pressure of this 404 gas for this type of refrigerator, I have measured a suction pressure of about 50psi, working current 2.5a, snow is half closed
If you have required temp: -30 ⁰C then you should have the suction pressure 10 Psig for R404,
If suction pressure increases then your required temp: will also increase
sir from which REFRIGERANT to get -70c temperature inside the cabinet i have a blood storage cabinet

But you should have a special system which has the blast type evaporator coil,
