I believe that as photographers we are always learning throughout life. Your videos are inspiring, not only because of the photographs, but because of the narration and the effort to transmit good vibes. It has happened to all of us during seasons that we get bored with our photos, or we don't enjoy them as much, we have to keep looking for challenges and keep learning.
Let me explain more about the lady with the trolley. She is collecting empty cardboard boxes from different places, it can be from shops that just finish unboxing or on the street next to the bin. Then those boxes will be sold to recycling store for less than 10HKD per kg, which is like nothing. But unfortunately there are quite a lot of people in HK doing this for living. Mostly homeless people or elderly who have no families and incomes. We won’t call it as a job coz they are not employed by anyone. It’s just something they have to do in order to keep them alive, and that is really sad to see..btw love your video and once again thanks for coming to Hong Kong!
I agree that challenges are a good way to push yourself. But, it doesn't have to be a competitive thing to be useful. Just getting out and trying something new can be enough. As for your videos content; it's been a catalyst for many people out there. That a great thing to be know for. I tried something new today. I went to a college baseball game and decided to shoot everything with vintage, manual focus primes. And, they were wider primes. The first was my Canon FD 28mm f2.8. The second, a Pentax 50mm f1.7. The camera was my Fujifilm X-T3. I liked shooting the wider view instead of the usual tight action shots. It was interesting to have shots that included a bigger picture of what was happening, including the crowd. Thanks for all you do. Have a great week!

You’re a good photographer and your videos inspire me to get out there and practice. I think you’re being too harsh on yourself. That said, it can never hurt to expand our horizons and try different styles; it keeps things fresh, keeps us interested and helps us to develop. Keep the content coming, I like it.

Armchair expert over here 👋 Honestly, I look through social media and find that most street photography is boring Each to their own, but if all you’ve got to offer is a great colour grade at f1.4 with a 200mm lens of a person scrolling their phone at a traffic light, then your photo is dogsh*t. Your photos can be poorly colour graded, bad composition, bad lighting - but if you’ve captured a great moment, then all those things can be forgiven for the most part. I don’t think the opposite is true. Work on creating a sense of life, feeling alive, a funny moment, a sad moment - SOMETHING other than showcasing your amazing photoshop skills. If you can’t imagine hanging it on your wall or someone else hanging it on theirs, move on to the next photo
I saw on insta that you'd shot British GT at Silverstone, I think a POV of that could be a really interesting video, and something a little different from your normal content
Have you thought about story telling through photograpghy, not just one photo. But a whole album that tells and indepth story of a culture, creature, place or what not.

I downloaded your new presets on Lightroom mobile but they are not in order so I don’t know the name that goes with each preset in order.It’s a different order in my phone files and in Lightroom. What can I do?
