To add another layer: Rey will proclaim himself as “The King of Lucha Libre” or “Mr. Lucha Libre” where he becomes a menace version of himself that credits himself for making lucha mainstream. I think this could fit heel Rey because WWE has had “the luchador problem”, where WWE has had Sin Cara and Kalisto and they gave them the pressure because fans expect them to be “the next Rey Mysterio” but they didn’t live up to the expectations, so yeah that says it all
